Employees were very nice, I just would not recommend buying shoes here if you have any intention of testing them out for a couple days. The company’s refund/exchange policy is very anti-consumer and doesn’t allow you to return shoes at all if you’ve worn them even for a little bit. Not even for a reduced amount. Buy your shoes elsewhere.

Overpriced and not a great selection. If you do find anything you want to buy then you have to give them your email and phone number in order to get a receipt of your purchase. Thanks Foot Locker, can't wait until you leak all my personal data.

Horrible service, we had to ask for sizes no one was approachable, kept telling us to look online. Two employees sitting looking at their cell phones, while one only would help if asked. Sad, in store location service is this bad. If people are coming in personally take advantage and give the best possible service. I ended up purchasing online through another provider.

Horrible shoe selection and bad customer service I asked if a specific shoe was in stock and the lady working in the morning didn't even attempt to look and only stated they didn't have the shoe instead of looking

Physical locations for basketball shoes are a joke now. They never have the latest drops and hardly have any sizes. I can't believe they have so many shoes on the wall that no one would ever buy. No sales on anything remotely good either. The City Creek location is much better. I just go there now.

Getting service was a challenge and the employees didn't seen very interested in helping. When I checked out, I opted not to provide my e-mail/phone number as I just wanted to buy the shoes. The employee asked me again for my e-mail or phone number for the receipt. I explained again that I did not want to provide that and asked for a physical receipt. She said that they do not provide physical receipts to reduce their "carbon footprint." I pointed to a physical receipt that was sitting on the counter and again asked for a receipt. She said "we do not do that anymore." I walked out without a receipt. Horrible experience. I will never buy shoes here again.
