The staff there are rude to customers. They make you feel unwelcome and idiotic for asking questions. The prices and the games are good, however. They have a nice return policy as well.

A few months ago, I was on the hunt for Disney Lorcana cards and came across this place. I ended up chatting with the two staff members working there, and they were both very friendly. It’s a great spot with a solid selection and a laid-back atmosphere. Definitely a place I plan to keep coming back to!

I would normally give a better view because my husband and I love games stores and we have been to this one many times but recently the employee behind the counter treats us as an inconvenience when we come in and is a bit rude and unhelpful. I felt so uncomfortable and my husband and I have decided to not give our business to this location. If you want an amazing game grid to go to I would suggest the one in North Ogden. Most friendly staff I have ever met and they always want to make sure you have what you want.

The store is very well stocked and well kept, but the staff is horrible. I have never felt more unwelcome in a game store in my life. Each time I visit it is as if I am the biggest inconvenience to these employees in the world. I would love to continue to give them my business if not for the employees.

Such a great store! Staff was way busy but took the time out of their work to say hi and make sure we didn’t need any help. Prices were so good that almost everything beat Amazon prices!

This place was awesome. They have demo games that you can play in store, which was alot of fun. They are super helpful with picking out games based on your skill level and interests. Customer service was phenomenal.

Couldn't tell me if a card that I was unsure about was real, but all the cards I pulled from packs were fake. I am getting a second opinion and will update the review if she is correct.Edit:Got them verified at the Game Grid in Clearfield, and got confirmation that the weird card I brought was actually a misprint. I wouldn't trust buying or selling cards here where the person in charge of "grading and authenticating" them is unreliable.

You resell other stores cards and it's a joke that you even have a running store. You send random people into other card stores to buy cards to then stream the openings of said cards and then sell the cards you unwrap at a 120% mark up! You guys are a joke!!!
