Manic was exceptional. They were the only employee on shift when I stopped by and they were kept occupied by a seemingly endless stream of customers. They were kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, even during what seemed to be a very stressful and understaffed shift.

This store is pretty stocked with new, used etc. Didn't find what I was looking for this time.

I would give it a higher score as the employees are helpful. However today I went in for a pre-order pickup that was paid in full and got charged a 10% pickup fee. So I had to pay $6.99 to pickup something that I ALREADY PAID FOR.
