The whole process was simple. Called and was able to reserve a unit and pay for it online. And online payments monthly make it easy instead of having to drop the payment off at the location.

A good selection of storage units at an affordable price for the space we have. It's well protected and watched over and I've never had a feeling that my stored items are at risk for anything. It's close by to where I live as well.
