Great & easy experience. H&R Block got me in last minute on the same day I called. It was a more relaxing experience than doing it yourself on Turbo tax. And less expensive by over $100.

Everyone seemed constantly confused didn't explain anything at all kept using the excuse "I don't know" my husband had to tell her what to click on on the screen all we needed was the emerald card our taxes were already done online it took an hour and a half just to get that they seemed very inexperienced

so , let me tell you on the 10,000.00 mess this office caused and blame covid 19 , the manger isn't their and the lady did our taxes told us to up load it we did told us to come in and sing , we did and she only add half of my w2 . this office now cost us a lock in our account , and were unable to pay for rent we lost a home dept, because irs flagged us . this is by far the worse office for the last 6 months , they told me i never was at their office
