We recommend Import Auto Clinic for repairs, minor or major. We have had poor experiences with other auto repair shops. You can depend on them to be upfront with you. We are very satisfied with the results on our Audi A4 Quattro Premium Plus. Everything was smooth sailing as soon as we left their parking lot. Also, we wanted to acknowledge Collin Myers. He addressed all of our concerns with professionalism. We hope he moves up with the company because our expectations were met. Thank you again Import Auto Clinic!

From day one until I picked up my car, the mechanics who helped me out provided me a great service. We were in constant communication, and I had several updates of the status of my car.
It can be a little pricey , but that depends on the budget that you have to cover your auto repairs.
Over all I highly recommend it!

Good guys who know their stuff. Willing to educate me on some of the stuff I wasn’t aware needed to happen with my mini Roadster, which is always appreciated. Went the extra mile to help me try and figure out an issue, which they didn’t have to do. We bring all three of our Minis to the import guys now. Great service - and great customer service - overall. Would recommend highly.

My first experience with Import Auto Clinic was a positive one. They did new brakes on our Macan and saved us about $1500 compared to the Porsche dealer. Communication is excellent and Collin was very good to work with. Highly recommend.

My vehicle had an intermittent issue that’s left me stranded a few times before finally getting it in. They took the time to go above and beyond what they initially thought it was to properly diagnose and fix the issue. I’m glad that they took the extra time to ensure that it was fully resolved because it wasn’t until after they performed the initial repairs that another related problem showed itself and they were able to catch it while it was still at the shop, rather that doing just what they initially thought it was and then moving it out the door. Thanks to their extra efforts and attention to detail, they saved me from getting stranded again and having to tow it back in for another problem. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail to make sure I understood and they answered all my questions, regardless of however seemingly small and simple they were.
