I ordered a suit jacket (40R) and slacks online, though I was a little off with my measurements and the jacket length and sleeves were a little short on me. McKye assisted me and the exchange for a 40L jacket was a hassle-free process. Thank you!

Phil is one of the most courteous and professional customer service representatives I have ever met. After my visit, I returned and Phil helped me again. There was an issue with my order that was neither his nor JC Penney's fault. He sincerely apologized and treated me with such empathy that I had to assure him that I understood and that he had nothing to apologize for. His genuine concern left me with a good experience even though I didn't receive my merchandise until I cleared up the issue on my side. This man took a bad experience and left me with a positive experience. He is certainly an asset to this store.

Phil turned what probably would have been a bad shopping experience into a pleasure. The Big and Tall selection at this store has a lot to be desired. But Phil was very courteous and attentive. He didn't give up until he found some outfits that were acceptable to me. He went so far as to find fabric that I needed. Even when he was called away, he did so in such a manner that I didn't mind and returned promptly. This kind of service is what makes loyal customers. If you are seeking the old fashion customer service that we used to enjoy, ask for Phil. I have never been so impressed by the service I received from him since customer service meant something.

I scanned my barcode and put in access code but must have missed the section where it had you put what associate helped you.
Anyways just writing so hopefully management sees their employees are top notch and appreciated!

I ordered dress shirts online and picked them up in the store. After getting them home, I realized that the texture of the fabric was different than the other Stafford shirts I've bought before. These shirts had a sweat repel quality, and there was a raised criss cross pattern on the fabric. The fabric was thicker too. I knew my husband wouldn't like it so I went to exchange them. They didn't have his size in the preferred shirt, so they reimbursed me without a problem. I am very pleased with their customer service. I believe the sales rep was Michelle, and she was very friendly and helpful.

Really bad experience. I went to shop and they keep looking my bag thinking that I was stealing. They are racist. I show my bag and told them be careful and not judge everybody.

JCPenney is soo beyond awesome!! We recently saved a lot of money with our coupons and you can too by finding great deals and using coupons too!! Everyone is super nice and helpful!!
