I have taken my car here 3 different times. 2 times to get fixed and 1 time to just have them give me a quote. All three times I get told I will get called with updates and I don't get any. I am the one that has to call them. Even this time, I had my car towed there at 9am to get a quote for breaks and rotors and what that would cost. I called at at 2pm and they didn't have a quote. I tried calling again at 5:50 (their said they store closes at 6:30) and the automated message said they where closed. I called this morning, they said they didn't have the quote.
The workers are super friendly I just can't keep waiting 2 or 3 plus days for my only car or with getting no updates

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Came in today for an oil change, and they were able to guide me through the maintenance needed to keep my car safe to drive. All while keeping my budget in line.

Excellent crew! Trevor has built a great team. All were communicative and checklist driven to include torque settings. I haven't seen an oil change that thorough in a lot of years. I watched the entire process and saw all items were checked and double-checked. They have great camaraderie and good natured banter so it's easy to tell they like working together and it improves the experience for the customer.

I love this location. On the day I went they didn't try to up sell me with other things that I "need" on my car. They just did my oil change and had me on my way. I will go here again.

They do a good job with their services, but they've gotten so slow lately. It shouldn't take two hours for an oil change when there are only three vehicles in front of you.

I bought a car last winter and took it here to get an oil change, emissions tested, AC topped off, a new battery, and a cabin air filter. They forgot to put the battery in, forgot to give me the emissions paper work in order to register the vehicle, and forgot to top off the freon. I drove the vehicle down to Arizona the following weekend and that’s where the vehicle stayed. For months, I thought the A/C was broken and was going to be expensive to repair, so I drove in the Arizona heat until today when I discovered they never serviced the freon..

I’ve had problems with jiffy lube before, and I recently took my car to an auto shop for the breaks. They do a full look over of the vehicle. Turns out when they put the drain plug back on the last time, they didn’t put a washer on it. I feel like that’s common sense, but what do I know. So i will not be going back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at jiffy lube. It my fault for giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.
