On two recent occasions the staff has gone out of their way to advise me of extraordinary issues, and possible fixes, as well as running a diagnostic for free. Nice personable people!

I went there. To get my oil change. I hurt my leg. And ask them if I could stay in the car. They said yes. They change my aura, didn't look at my tires. Didn't check anything else told me. I had to get out of the car and go in the waiting room. I told her I couldn't do it at the time. They told me they wouldn't check my lights or anything else because I wouldn't get out of the car. Very poor service. I used to go there for all my oil changes and all my other services. Now I will never go back. The young people operating the place were. NOTpolite And said they wouldn't check anything cause I wouldn't get out of the car. I think they were very unprofessional. And rude

I was greeted as soon as I drove up to Jiffy Lube. I was escorted to the waiting room and about a half hour later I was ready to go. Krystal helped me. She really knows how to take care of customers.

It's sad I've been going here for years. A few days ago, I took my truck in for an oil change and emissions. The original visit went great. The next morning, I wake up to a huge puddle of oil under my truck. So I went back, and they pulled my receipt it was marked I had an engine oil leak. There has been no oil in my driveway before this. But because they marked this on my statement, they wouldn't listen, talk about, or even look at my truck. Come home, get under the truck, and come to find it's an improper installment of the oil filter. Was barley hand tight. So a waste of time, money, and quarts of oil. Changed filter and replaced oil, guess what, no leaks.

Horrible! Took over an hour for an oil change. They didn’t reset my oil reminder. They reclined the seats completely back, didn’t bother to even attempt to put them back into their original position and to top it all of smeared oil all over my leather. Incompetence at its finest. Avoid at all costs!

I have had the best experience @ jiffy lube 236 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT. The manager Trevor is very professional and an experienced mechanic. His customer service is very welcoming and compassionate. All in all I would give more than just a five star review if I could. The whole crew at this location and the Clinton location has given me the best customer service experience one could only hope for. I hope that the owners of this establishment give these employees the recognition they so deserve. Thank you Trevor. You have gained a loyal customer in me. Be seeing you guys soon.

The manager who was there tonight (wears a beanie) I think his name is josh-- I cannot say enough good things about him. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He's truly AMAZING!!!!! He deserves a raise!!! He ran my cars emissions for me 3 times and it broke my heart knowing people are so rude to him. They yell and expect the world of him. He's honestly the best car guy I've been to. So grateful to have had his help!

My vehicle has been leaking oil bad since I got the oil changed here, I took it back in today and they said it was a mistake where they put double washers on so it was not sealed. They fix that and told us to come back if this continues to be a problem as they won’t know for sure if it solved the issue until we’ve driven around a bit. 5 starts for customer service and hopefully no more leaking.
