I’ve always taken my cars there for oil changes, but during a previous visit, due to a misunderstanding, I was assured that my next oil change would be complimentary. To my surprise, when I returned for the service, I was told there was no record of that promise in the system. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the lack of professionalism and follow-through, I won’t be returning.

The staff kept me aware of what I needed every step of the way. Asked if I had done specific maintenance ad if it should be completed that day to keep my car road ready.

When in air conditioner does not work sign says free AC check, told them what the problem was supposedly they checked it out and it just needed to recharge paid $249 for a recharge drove 4 mi home air conditioner worked great got back in an hour later to run to the store air conditioner was no longer working and was doing the same thing you did before at this point jiffy lube workers are not certified to do that type of work so they failed and just did what they know best rip the customer off.

A worker at this location intentionally hit my mom's side view mirror on the driver's side, when she asked if the manager would be able to replace the mirror she was told to write a complaint on their website which did not resolve the situation. I also wrote a complaint on their website, which also did not resolve the situation. When the owner finally responded he lied about the situation and refused to take any responsibility.

Taylor, the Mgr. of this JiffyLube, is an outstanding mechanic with a ton of experience and provides amazing service. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. He helped me fix my Mercedes that had multiple issues and kept persisting until the problem was finally resolved. I would recommend him and this location to anyone. This is an awesome shop!

I wanted an oil change and I was outside waiting. One guy told me that I needed to sit in the waiting room. I told him no. I was just outside not in the garage. I like to see how they treat my car. The manager and one short guy told me to get inside in the waiting room like they didn't want me to watch. Manager was rude and one short guy tried to block me from watching them work on my car. Never again. Worst service I ever experienced....... I'm going to find another place to do my oil change.

Went in for an free ac checkup and Taylor got it figured out and we were on our way in no time. He was friendly, straightforward and honest with us. I think I'll be using this location from now on

Taylor and his crew saved my day. After the Kaysville location created problems with my vehicle and couldn’t fix it. They sent me to the Layton Main Street Jiffy Lube and they were awesome to work with!

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received at this Jiffy Lube location! My car's air conditioner suddenly stopped working right in the middle of a heatwave, and I was desperate for a fix. From the moment I called, the staff was courteous and accommodating, fitting me in on short notice.
The real standout, though, was the manager, Taylor. Taylor went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and stress-free. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also took the time to explain the issue and the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand.
The repair was completed promptly, and my air conditioner is now working perfectly. The entire process was smooth and professional, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Taylor and the team at Jiffy Lube truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any auto repair needs!

We came to this location after our air conditioner stopped working in 90+ degree heat on our way down from Boise, and Taylor and his team took great care of us! It was an expensive repair, but Taylor was super helpful and efficient and kind to us. Would highly recommend!
