I'm seeing a couple of recent negative reviews, which is shocking! The service I got from this location 4 weeks ago was WAY better than I ever would have expected from a Jiffy Lube.This ended up going LONG, but TL;DR Alaric and especially Christian are my heroes. I will definitely be coming by again, cannot recommend this location enough!I'd been hearing this weird rumbling sound coming from my brakes for about three weeks. I was getting worried (and I needed an oil change anyway) so I finally got myself over to the shop. I let them know what was going on and they got right to work immediately. They found that not only had my brake pads on one side been worn down almost completely, but the rotors themselves were actually the culprit because they were scored. If they hadn't checked the rotors, I would have likely been back in that shop within a few weeks with the same issue.Fixing the problem was admittedly expensive and it took a while (I think I was at the store for 4-ish hours?). That said, I didn't feel that it was out of laziness or making a quick buck off of me; they were hard at work from start to finish. They also had to order parts to fix the car which they somehow managed to get SAME. DAY. The mechanics, Christian and Alaric, were VERY knowledgeable and professional, and because of how much the repairs cost me, they even did the oil change entirely free of charge. They were EXCELLENT at communicating with me and I felt listened to from the time I pulled up to the time I leftDID I MENTION that they FIXED my BUMPERFOR FREE?????I'd gotten into a minor fender bender years back and my car's looked rather misshapen since, with the front bumper kinda sticking out a little. I didn't even mention it since it was just cosmetic, but they took care of it because they cared. Nowhere else has even mentioned it. It genuinely looks good now, and I'm STILL blown away.They even tried their best to help me when, while they were wrapping up, I remembered that U heard a weird rattling under my car like a loose piece of plastic. It was practically closing time so I felt really bad for asking more of them, but I asked them if they could check really quick and see if anything obvious/simple was the issue. They didn't even seem annoyed! They just got right to work and took care of it in about 10 minutes. The rattling has been quieter or non-existent ever since!ANYWAY.I really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail that they gave me and my car! It went a VERY long way. Christian and Alaric 10000% deserve a raiseAttached pictures:1) is what my old brake pads looked like before they got replaced. The one on the left was on the side with the scored rotors ?2) my car bumper before the fix3) my car bumper after!!!

2.5 hours with nothing done and no call. I called a head and asked if they could do a break flush they said they were busy but could get me in 30 min later. I took my car after 15 minutes later and they said they were ready and asked that I park my car in the bay and give them about an hour. I gave them my keys and left to just walk around and wait. After an hour and half I called but they put me on hold and didn't get back to our call. I came 2.5 hours later and say my car parked outside. They told me that they didn't do anything and forgot to call me cause they were busy... I was shocked! It was a total waste of time. I will never go back.

This place a 1 for sure! There were, 3 bays and 5 guys with hands in their pockets, or in their hair. 3 of them just looked at as I waited for assistance. Between the stairs and back and forth about who would get the car someone finally came over. After that my car just sat with 2 open bays and again 4 dudes doing nothing and 1 doing the work. The sign says "Fast Emissions" more like sloth slow service. I went through and for the last 2 years the reviews are all the same, time and urgency being an issue. If it would not have taken so long to run my emissions I wouldn't have been able to write a review. Should have read the reviews before evening thinking about coming here.

Rock at your Harrison Blvd store in South Ogden really blew us away. Our car has felt sluggish and is using a ton of gas. We took it in to have it checked out. He ran the codes then took the time to look things over. Ultimately, he wasn't able to fix what is wrong, but he was able to walk us through what he was looking at, what that might mean, and headed us to the dealer to get specialized help. He was so patient and explained to us clearly what was going on. He seems to not only really know his stuff, but knows how to explain it to those of us who don't. We really appreciated his help.

Was told I had to wait an 45 minutes. Waited almost an hour and a half to be told 5 more minutes to which I had to wait another hour before I decided to leave. I don't mind waiting a little, but it's a bit ridiculous to wait as long as I did.

I arrived. The young technician tried to upsell me on synthetic oil. I said no and I wanted conventional oil. He put the synthetic blend in anyways, then tried to charge me for what I said I did not want. The Manager finally adjusted the sale with my Black Friday discount. The kid tried to upsell me on doing an engine clean also. He told me I was low on Antifreeze in a reservoir i filled to the line 4 hours previous to arriving at this shop. I will not recommend this location due to telling me I must use synthetic blend for my 3004 Ford Mustang Base model 3.9 engine and telling me I need to top off my full reservoir of antifreeze!! Beware if you don’t work on car engines.

Went in for a tire repair, the hike was in the center of the threads, easily repairable, but I was then informed that the side wall has been gouged, which it wasn't... Meaning that they are the ones that ruined my tire getting it off. They will COST you money. They are incompetent.Update. My car now has a check engine light that was not there before. I may be taking this location to court for illegally damaging my vehicle.

They ripped off my bottom cover, rather than un screwing the screws, to take it off! Then when they put it back on, they zip tied it together. My brother showed me what they had done. He warned me to never go to Jiffy Lube and I should have listened (He always changes the oil on my car except for this one time), A Mistake I won't be making again!

Guy messed up my brake. Accord sat literally a month there. And they soiled my Ridgeline floor mat AND accords. Regional manager never even called or text back. The company behind this reached out to see what happened. More to come

These guys are great! They helped me out of a tough situation when I accidentally overfilled my oil. They readily removed the extra oil and had me on my way in short order. Everyone at the shop was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!Service: Oil change

Iam way pleased with the service I got today. I needed my rear brakes done today and my truck is a older one. 2 individuals who worked on my truck stood out to me was general manager I think his name was Fernando and Joseph. Fernando who was there for training the younger guys there,took over my job to get it started and it was a tough one stuck with it even though he other stores to manage. He stayed with it until Joseph who is active army got in and took over. Joseph was so detailed on his servis I was so proud of our active military. It made of took longer because the truck was older,they never gave up on the details of the job.well pleased of kindness and frendly this store is and the professional work they do here.Service: Brakes

Seriously awful. Waited for 45min and no one even came out to my car. It was in the middle of the day and the worker was just eating Wendy’s while I continued to wait with a screaming baby. Ended up just leaving and wasted almost an hour. Drive 1 mile down the road to quick emissions and was done in 15min. Never going back to jiffy lube

Can trust any of what happened while they had my car?They did change my oil. And check my fluid levels. But for all the things they didn’t do, I’m not sure all of what they did. They claimed it was vacuumed and windows were cleaned (not a big deal) but they weren’t.I asked that the cabin air filter be changed, and they said it was ok how it was.I will be doing it myself, because it couldn’t be easier.When I can do exactly what they did in the service myself, it’s not worth the money. No above and beyond awards today.

There was nothing Jiffy about this Lube...The prices have gotten ridiculous. I waited an hour and 45 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. They never actually checked me in and just put in the "recommended" oil which was full synthetic and the most expensive option. They kept the previous owners name and address on all the paperwork they gave me as well... Not okay. The fact that they never communicated any with me was frustrating. I was bringing my brother's vehicle in so I was not sure what oil it took. Their price here is $30 higher than the Volkswagen dealer!Thankfully, the manager was apologetic after I brought up the situation and made it right. My biggest hiccup with this experience was the lack of communication from the entire team, and the noticeably slow pace they were taking. It was a conversation among multiple people in the waiting room.

Came in on a Sunday and only one car ahead of me. Took over 90 minutes and when done, the tech didn’t know how to process a gift certificate they advertise for sale in the waiting room. I’ve bought the certificate package twice and every time it is a pain to redeem it so won’t be doing this again. I’m now waiting for someone else to arrive in “5 to 10 more minutes” to take my method of payment and I’m sitting back in the waiting room.The bathroom also had zero soap and no paper towels.Guess ownership just doesn’t care. If they own the car wash attached, it also had zero soap when I used it two weeks back. It’s comical.Service: Oil change
