So far so good. The staff was great and knowledgeable.!My move in was smoove. Accessing the storage bay was easy and The carts definitely helped out.

The mgr. went above and beyond to help us out with a storage unit, plus she helped us get our u haul straightened out. Since there was a big misunderstanding. She was awesome! And I would recommend this storage unit because of her. It’s mgrs like her that make or break a company. She is a 10!!!

We stored a trailer here for several years. Then in the last 12 months we had 4 break in events so we moved our trailer because it wasn't safe at this location anymore.

Absolutely amazing staff, facilities are near-brand-new, climate-controlled, and the amenities, such as dollies, are things U-Haul charges for per use! This place is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

We have had other rentals and this by far was the most organized, streamlined experience. Pricing is very fair and the facility is so clean. They take security very seriously. I was really impressed.

Very clean and modern place. For the inside units, they provide carts for use in moving your stuff in and out. Initial sign up process is simple as well. Staff is kind. Very much recommended!

BEWARE. NOT A SAFE PLACE!!! Broken into two times! They did NOTHING to fix the issue, nor did they care. Camera's don't work, they wouldn't support any compensation for damages to anyone. Several trailers and RV's broken into. I understand things can happen, but when you are broken into once and DO NOTHING to repair your cameras or even fix the broken fence that is bad. Even the the Layton PD were shocked. You can say you fixed it or are working on it, BUT, after the first break in you left the hole in the fence and did nothing. It was only after the second break in that the hole in the fence was sort of fixed with plastic zip ties and some store bought camera signs were placed on the fence. Cameras should be checked regularly, not finding out after an incident that they don't work.

I started renting from layton crossing storage recently and they have been so helpful, the move in process was super easy and the worker answered all my questions. She walked me around the facility and even made sure my unit was clean before I moved in! Awesome staff and great facility!

I've been a customer for a couple of years, and have always been impressed with the security and cleanliness of the storage area and units. I went in recently to add a unit and Kenna was very helpful to include pointing out to me that there were multiple unit discounts. It was also late in the day, yet she was super helpful and took care me right away. Definitely recommend Layton Crossing Storage.

10/10 would recommend! The facility is so clean and the staff is amazing. Kenna helped me move into my unit and it was a breeze. She was lovely and very helpful through the whole process. If you need anything stored, choose Layton Crossing!
