Rented a truck for a few hours from them. Average experience. Site said they didn't have the vehicle i needed. Called and they had it. Desk lady was nice but a bit pushy and threatening about insurance coverage. App didn't work too report existing damage.

I love this place,BUT I have tried to come into the office all day Thursday 03/02/2023 to pay my rent and I’ve tried coming today 03/03/2023. I have called at least 30times. Why is no one in the office?? I need to pay my shed

Facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The new employees are doing an amazing job at correcting the mistakes past employees made. One of the employees, Jenn, has been extremely friendly whenever I've dealt with her, and always helps answer all the questions I have.If you are looking for somewhere to store your belongings, I highly recommend Layton Hills Storage!

I did the 6 month contract with Jenn and I got my second month free. Best choice to rent from Layton hills storage . The management is always helpful talked me into renting a uhaul to move my stuff. Would highly recommend.

Layton hills storage helped with my moving and storage needs. The storage grounds are clean , cleaned of snow when i have gone the last couple weeks. Prices are the best in town. I highly recommend this place.

I've had my work equipment here for almost a year now and its been nothing but a headache Ive been locked out and stuck inside more times than I can count they're closed today and I'm locked out again until someone comes in at 9 am (over 24 hours) I was supposed to do a job today I had to cancel everything I really hate these storage units

They are never there. They leave for long lunches. She lives on site. And she closes at 2 pm every Tuesday. They are closed on Wednesdays. They gate is always broken. Anyone can just walk right in. They raised the rent 35$ more a month. Have uhale trucks horribly parked in the way of getting through the entrance all the time.
Just a small update. Still haven't been able to speak on the phone or have them be open when I have came. I just want to pay my bill.

Horrible experience with the recent employees. I have been there over 10 years and recently they've made a mess of my account where I paid religiously every two months since I started!! They should be investigated...Something is going on with this place which isn't legal!! Since the beginning of the year, this crazy lady would call, screaming and in very bad english. I paid last month for two months ahead of time and now I have problems with them again!!! They say I owe this month....CRAZY ....

Just full of problems with this place... Raised rent with no consent... Took $ for rent out of my account without my consent & even charged me late fees when doing so... Total ripoff... They even said they will credit late fees back and never did...Go somewhere else
