It was ok to have a fairly cheap place to park my RV. With that in mind, the weeds are so bad over there and no matter how many time you bring it up, they don’t take care of it. This makes it a vermin hazard which can bring in snakes, and the majority of the snakes around here aren’t too friendly. The side gate is paddle locked with a chain, but a normal sized person can squeeze through it. I have seen kids going in and out the side gate, luckily all my stuff was ok. I definitely don’t recommend this place. They just want your money!

the phone number they have listed is a whatsapp number going to a call center in India. there is never anyone on site even though they claim there is. I have been here almost every day for the last 3 weeks to clean my unit out amd never once saw anyone.the front office looks vacant with paper on the window saying to call their number. as of 5/11 their codes did not work as I saw multiple people getting in and not a single one could get in. if you are looking to get a unit at this place save yourself the frustration and get a unit elsewhere

We rented with them for less than a year. No food was stored in the unit, but we found rat droppings on all of our furniture, including a new couch. They haven't done anything about it. I wouldn't recommend then to an enemy.

I had a pleasurable experience today with Storage Depot of Layton today. I had spoke with Gia as well as Guillian. They were both such a big help. All my questions were answered. I was able to get a unit quickly. It was a pleasure to speak with these ladies today.

Worst storage facility ever! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere is better. We have had so many issues. The gate either won’t open or won’t close. Code is constantly changed. Every time you call it’s a huge hassle and takes at least an hour. Their English sucks and they are rude. They screw up the auto pay constantly. We were on auto pay and they screwed it up and cut my lock off and put their lock on it and when I called they realized they made a mistake and told me to go buy a new lock even though it was their mistake. They said that we had cancelled the unit and moved stuff out, even though we did not and all of our stuff was in there and their lock was installed. For such a simple business they have managed to make it extremely difficult. I hate this company and everyone that works there. You have been warned about this pathetic company.

The area is not safe or secure. The gate doesn't close half the time and when it does, it takes 10 minutes to close behind you.The RV area is deep thick gravel that's difficult to drive on and there are no painted lines. The neighbors next to me parked their bus at such an angle that I couldn't get my trailer out. A ticket was created by the call center and I was told I just had to wait 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later I got my trailer out and upon returning less then 4 hours later, someone parked in my spot. I was told to wait 3-5 business days again and that I was out of luck. I drove my trailer to another storage site and signed a lease with them.This place just wants money for long term rentals and don't care. I wouldn't park anything here that you care about.I was also charged twice for insurance. One $8 charge and one $12 and no explanation or fix. They just didn't care.
