Wow! Took my tires to a different shop with a slow leak. That shop said it could not be fixed. Brought it here (Les Schwab brand) and they took a second look. Fixed it!! Thank you team Layton!

I had an emergency low pressure warning on my RV TPMS. I was passing through Layton enroute to an important event in Washington state and time was of the essence! I felt just as important as a walk-in as if I had made an appointment. I thought that this would most probably be at least a 2 hour delay. However, Tim, in less than halfl that time had diagnosed the problem as malfunctioning valve core within my valve stem extension, replaced it and I was on my way! Extremely cordial staff!

Slow, fixed 10 others tires while I sat here waiting. Watching people come in and go. Very frustrating.
Price was 20% above quoted price. Not consulted for extra charge and or service.

REVISED REVIEW AND VERY SATISFIED.
Not a good deal. Help me understand why I only get half of the tires mileage & must pay $150 more for the same deal next time. I've purchased 2 alignments and rotated/balanced tires every 6 months as recommended. But, only got 30k miles out of 60k tires. The only offer from the store is to pay $750 instead of $600 as last time. No way to treat a military veteran senior citizen with a little economy car.
GREAT NEWS! THE OWNER HAS GIVEN ME A GOOD DEAL ON NEW TIRES. I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER AGAIN.

I was a customer at this location for 20 years. The old staff was super friendly, I remember I would park and they would come right to my vehicle and see what was needed. Not anymore. The service here is unacceptable and I will never return to any Les Schwab location again in my lifetime.

I've been a customer of Les Schwab for years. I needed a used tire to replace a very worn tire in order to get the most life out of two other tires I had purchased from Les Schwab that still had a bit of life left. Tim at the Layton location found one matching the size I needed. Because I had been a long time customer, he took care of this need at no charge and was great to work with. Les Schwab employees have performed these types of actions on a number of occasions. I've always appreciated this helpfulness and customer service and it keeps me coming back. Thanks Tim.

I needed a front end alignment done on my truck so we took it in to have this done. Within 5-10 minutes of them looking at my truck they come back and say they can’t do it because my truck needs basically a new front end with tire rods and all that quoted me about $2700 for repairs. I told them no took it over to a different shop asked for a front end alignment they got it right in did the alignment no problems and I asked them to check all the rods and components of my front end for a second option! NOTHING wrong with my front end! $125.00 later my alignment is done and I’m on my way! This is not the first time Les Schwab has done this I actually never take my vehicles there anymore because no matter what I take it in for they ALWAYS come back with a huge list of what is wrong with my vehicle. This is poor customer service and wrong to state every time there is more wrong with the car then there really is just to screw people out of money! Shout out to Burt Brothers for their honesty and getting me done quick!

Came in for a tire rotation at 8:45am. I paid close attention as to where they put me in line for services. I counted 6 cars that came in after me for tire rotations and they were all serviced first. We are not dumb customers, I was told 3 different times that I was next but the waiting area cleared out at least twice. I grabbed my keys and left at 10:35am without service. NOT COOL AT ALL! WHY DO YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS?

Came in around 8:35 AM because I have a single nail in my tire. They took my keys and told me it would be quick fast-forward to 10:05 AM. I had to ask what was up with my vehicle because it has not even moved….. then a different mechanic told me there was at least four people in front of me and it was gonna take over another hour. They told me it would be real quick when they were planning on having me there more than 2 1/2 hours, is horrific service. Transparency with the amount of time a human being has to wait is very important when it comes to Customer Service. Maybe I wouldn’t be so angry and making this review if someone had just been honest with how long it was going to take.

I highly recommend Les Schwab Tire service. We had brakes put on 3 weeks ago. We thought we were having problems with them so we drove to a Les Schwab dealer. They took our vehicle in immediately and checked it over thoroughly. We found out that the type of brakes we bought, ceramic, make a better noise when they're breaking in. We are on the road and happy!
