Went into Lowes this morning to pick up a few items. Josh ask if he could help.. And helped me find the bags of Gravel I needed and Lifted them down off the shelf for me.. MUCH APPRECIATED!! A soon I got in the Tile section the man there helped me get the Cleared and Sealer I needed.. Great Day today… Great Service at Lowes… the Check Out Clerk always Cheerful and Professional… Thank You, All…

We have been shopping at this store for over 20 years. The employees were always super helpful and so nice but the people that work there now are not as nice and not helpful. My dad was asking for a concrete edging the other day which he saw years ago. He was explaining what he wanted to the lady and was motioning a circle like edging then motioned straight edging a min later. Well the lady was abrupt and said “that’s not what you were just asking for you didn’t say that the first time and what you’re asking for we haven’t sold for years” and there were 4 other employees standing around as well. My dad is 77 and has a hard time explaining things and has a hearing problem so for them to get snappy with him it upset me. And the sad thing is he was asking for edging which they have a whole row of but different materials. They could have shown him the edging row that they have and helped him out and find something other than concrete. We ended up buying a rubber type edging today which is perfect and light and easy to install with no help of an employee. But the employees need to be nicer and more helpful and not get mad at a older man trying to explain something

I'm leaving this review for my elderly neighbors per their request, as they are not tech savvy, but still needed the world to know about the amazing service they received! This shout out goes to Kyle in Electrical at the Layton location. My neighbors stated they needed help with a lamp replacement. They had already gone through the routes of the customer service line and other locations with no success. Kyle was able to get them exactly what they needed and went above and beyond helping them! They raved about his service skills. Thank you so much Kyle in Electrical for taking care of my sweet neighbors. It went a long way!

Lowe's screwed my whole order up I had my address as the Preferred address and Lowe's, sent it to the.
Billing address My order said that it was sent. I'd never recognized the name that signed it. I told
Them that I never received the package I asked for them to refund me since it was already delivered. Not knowing that it went to the billing address

I was going to buy this pergola from Layton Lowes, because it had a sale price for $100 off. A worker checked the price on their scanner & said it wasn't on sale. Basically shrugged her shoulders & said she was sorry. I told her they need to take the sale sticker off of it then & walked out of the store feeling frustrated. Went home to see if I could find the same pergola somewhere else. Found it on Wayfare for almost $250 less than the one at Lowes. They lost out on business & Wayfare got it instead. I'll point out that the worker was not rude, just wouldn't honor the sticker sale price.

I’m giving a 1 star simply due to the people at the pickup desk. I’m a delivery driver, and when I got a request to pickup an order for a customer, the people at the pickup desk were incredibly blunt, rude and unhelpful. I told them who I was there to pickup for, they asked if I had an ID, I provided an order ID number I was given, but they said they needed my personal ID. When I asked if that meant they needed my driver’s license, they said that they didn’t have any orders in my name. I told them the name once again that I was picking up for, and they rudely said, “If they don’t put the order in your name, you’re not allowed to pick it up!” I asked if I should contact the customer to put it in my name, they pretty much just gave me the shrug like I was stupid. They confirmed they had an order in my customers name, and I showed them proof that’s who I was picking up for, even described the product in great detail, but they continued to be rude and say they weren’t going to give it to me unless the customer changed the order to be under my name. My customer wasn’t responding to my messages, so I just finally had to cancel the order and leave. As I walked away, I heard one of them say, “At least some people understand the assignment when it comes to pickups!” I understand there might be company policies in place, but they could’ve been MUCH nicer and more helpful about working with me. Completely unprofessional, and I’d advise anyone else to avoid pickups from this location

I bought a tub that was broken tried to return it they wouldn’t take it. So I went to buy another one but opened it first and the unopened tub had the exact same dents haha these are photos of the un purchased tub. This is on there floor for sale right now! I guess Lowe’s breaks their porcelain fixtures then won’t take them back. Open EVERYTHING before buying and good luck
