I had to have my fuel gauge replaced and they did an excellent job. Fast and efficient work and I know this because I used to have my own shop some years ago. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the price.

Liars and thieves! These guys are so crooked they probably have to screw on their socks. I took my recently purchased 1997 Honda Accord into them for an alignment and emissions test. I knew that it needed some steering components replaced because the previous owner had hit a curb. They came back with a list of a half a dozen or more parts that needed to be replaced before the alignment could be done and told me that it would cost almost $1300. They also told me that when trying to do the emissions test their computer could not communicate with my car's OBD2 port for some reason. Knowing that I had trouble finding the port under the dash when I bought it, I pressed the guy a little further about where they connected to the car since I couldn't find the port under the dash. The guy insisted that the port was there but that it was "WAAAY up high and hard to get to.". It was at that moment that I knew they were crooked. The OBD2 port on that car is behind the ashtray and really easy to get to. I took my car to my trusted local mechanic where he replaced 2 parts, did the alignment and easily completed the emissions test with no problems. CONCLUSION: These guys are either completely incompetent or as crooked as they come. They prey on people not knowing anything about their own car. I own 4 vehicles, none of which will ever go to Master Auto Tech... EVER.

The installation of my muffler was fine but I asked that they do an emmissions test when i dropped my truck off and they did not. I picked my truck up after hours so there was no one for me to talk to.

I struggled with the security key system on our 2010 lucerne, after replacing several ignition components, to no avail. Took it into to master tech and they was able to find some bad wiring, and fixing the problem, thanks, I highly recommend these guys, it took them a few days but gotter done,

I trust the people that work here. Kevin at the front service counter definitely gets A+ customer service..Thank you. All the people there that I have come in contact with, have been great. I normally would make an appointment for service, but today I had an emergency with one of my tires. I just stopped by did not have an appointment. I explained to Kevin at the service counter, I had to drive quite a ways to work, and was concerned because I had to keep putting air in my tire. I did not want to get a flat, or blowout on the freeway. I told him I know how busy they always are, here at the shop. Was there anyway if I waited they could fit me in? He said we will take care of it. It is one less thing I have to stress about. I found Master Auto Tech to take care of car. They are honest, hard working people. I am glad to give them 5 stars+. We took our truck here to get the radiator replaced about a month ago. About a week after that our car broke down. We had our car towed to back to them and they took full responsibility for the troubles! I was blown away. It was having issues because of the radiator that was put in. They covered all the costs and we need even needed a new transmission! We are customers for life now. I am so grateful for their honesty. This staff and manager treated us with patience and kindness and I can’t say enough how great these guys are! Shout out to Kirk for the great work done and EJ for great customer service!

Had a different business change my oil but they did not do it correctly and oil was leaking. They stopped the leak, put more oil in, and cleaned the mess . They did a terrific job, quickly, and charged a very small amount.
