“My experience while at Tellica was great. People kind and efficient. I discovered later that they charged me for some else's procedure to the tune of $350. I called and they said they would refund it. Now 5 days later it hasn't been refunded to my charge card. Hoping they will follow through!”

“Making an appointment online was super convenient. I arrived a few minutes early and Sabrina got me checked in. I went right back and she did my labs, easiest blood draw ever. The facility was clean. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, my experience was fantastic!”
“Line was long but got a covid test without ever leaving my car. You complete the nasal swab yourself. You get results before you leave. While you're waiting for your results of the nasal swab you complete a saliva test that you get results on via email in a day or 2.”
“The lab is great. The technicians are fantastic. They helped me understand what they were doing, and were very kind to explain that my insurance may not cover the lab work as well as another lab might. I went ahead with it anyways since it was just a couple tests. I might be mistaken, but I am pretty sure the young lady that helped me was named Kandice? She was very kind and helpful.”
