“Despite of being far from my home ( They need an office in Cache Valley) it was easy to find on my gps. Very easy check in process and fast call in to the appointment. Technician explain everything clearly and ask what kind of music l like ? What ? l never expected that type of question in a clinic nothing came on the top of my mind l just said Brazilian Music. So during my MRI l was able to listen for a Brazilian music. That was amazing.”

“The lab is great. The technicians are fantastic. They helped me understand what they were doing, and were very kind to explain that my insurance may not cover the lab work as well as another lab might. I went ahead with it anyways since it was just a couple tests. I might be mistaken, but I am pretty sure the young lady that helped me was named Kandice? She was very kind and helpful.”

“Well, after reading all the reviews, I wonder if we are talking about the same place. With the number of people rating the place as a"1," it would suggest that the Ogden LabCorp has room to improve ... and probably does. Hopefully, management will address the issues.HOWEVER, personally I get bunch of blood drawn twice a year and every time that I have gone, I have found that the staff have been quick, accurate and (mostly) friendly ESPECIALLY if I treat them in a friendly manner.Something to think about ==> Let's (all of us) make it our goal to leave every person, place or situation BETTER THAN WE FOUND THEM. When we do so, we will cause a leavening affect to occur and people will rise to our collective positive engagements.Recently, a major league baseball team booed a player for every mistake he made. His performance tanked. He could do no right. He felt worthless. THEN, the fans, lead by one newscaster, decided to cheer for him -- regardless of what he did or how bad his performance was. In short order, his performance rose markedly. Can't we do the same?”

“Drug screens are never fun. But for anyone working in health care it's a necessary evil. I had to get another one done due to employment and this location was the closest to me. My employer recommended for an appointment to be scheduled beforehand to ensure I wouldn't have to wait for very long. After calling, I was surprised that a walk-in visit was accepted. So 15 minutes later I was at the door ready for the test.I was given clear instructions about the whole procedure, and it didn't take very long to get it done. Jim was very courteous and professional.”
