I love being in the store but I had to get a skein of yarn that online it said wasn't in stock but was, indeed, on the shelf. So the CS was good but inventory is obviously incorrect.

I was helped by an amazing employee named Terrance, he was lovely, made me laugh, and he cut my yards of fabric absolutely perfectly. Overall a great time and had wonderful experience. Thank you Terrance. And thank you Owen for being equally hilarious and getting me checked out quickly.

We were served by a gentleman named terrence and another lovely human of which i dont remember their name. God bless you both and the laughter we shared. Double coverage so one clerk can cover the other department poor management
