While the service is generally awesome and the car comes through super clean, some note the rear of a vehicle may be left dirty even after multiple washes. One location had less equipment than others. The crew is commended for calmly handling issues, ensuring safety, and putting customer concerns to rest. Overall, it is a good crew that deserves your business.
Austin went out of his way to help us. He came and found me to ask if I had any questions when I started using the vacuums, he brought a lollipop to my child so he could have a treat, and he made me feel welcome so that I want to come back. Great Service!

Overall the car was a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly. The car wash got the front, sides, and roof of my vehicle extremely clean. But even after 2 wash’s the rear of the vehicle was left extremely dirty.
