I just wanted to give a great shout out to Mitzi. I had 4 suits that needed some custom tailoring and Mitzi with her many years of experience did an awesome job. She listened to my concerns and made the necessary adjustments so that my suits would fit well. I also wanted to let you know that Tyler Allen has great customer service skills and asks the right questions to exactly find out what your needs are for shopping for a suit. Thanks again Mitzi and Tyler!!!

Nathan changed my mind about Mr. Mac today. He was super helpful and saved the day by doing a quick hem for us himself since the alterations people were out. Now that’s great customer service! Thank you Nathan!!

The Mr. Mac in Layton was a great experience for purchasing my son's suit for Prom. I was impressed with how Tyler knew which size would fit my son best and quickly found the right color to match his dates dress for Prom. We usually spend hours looking for a suit for dances, but Tyler made this experience easy and hassle free. We were in and out so fast and also treated with great customer service! Definitely getting all our suits from here now.

Props to the team at the Layton location! I took my grandson in for new slacks for a dance. I was promised they would be hemmed a week later on the morning of the dance. When we arrived to pick them up, the pants could not be found. After several minutes of searching, they finally found them. They had wrongly been placed in alterations for the 26th instead of the 16th. Our pick up date was Saturday morning, when they do not have a tailor on-site. To their credit, they found a tailor, took them TO the tailor and brought them back to their location in plenty of time for the dance. We are VERY appreciative that they worked so hard to have these ready for us. Thank you for caring and for making it happen!

Tyler is extremely professional and will do all that it takes to fix the problem. He blew me away with his desire to help us and make sure that we were happy. Definitely recommend you go and ask for Tyler!!!!

Shop around and you'll find better suits at a cheaper price. I've had to take mine in multiple times to get tailored because they can't get it right and one of the suits ripped the 1st time I wore it.

We went in last night to purchase our missionary suits, shoes, ties, and coat. The salesman Jacob, was kind and helpful. He showed us multiple suits in the style my son liked and help us put our package together to save money. I will be going back for my next missionary and recommending them! Plus everyone I talk to says they are the best place to buy a durable nice missionary suit.

Adam was great! He helped us find a suit for our son for prom (tomorrow), got both pants hemmed and found me a good sports coat in less than an hour. The best part is that he was very knowledgeable but never pressured us into anything. Excellent service and great quality. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends.Also I didn’t catch her name but a special shout out to the tailor for being willing to stay late to hem both pants before we left.

I went in with my son to buy a suit for prom. Salesperson Adam Harding was so incredibly helpful. We was very knowledgeable, kind, and very experienced. We have been here before and have always had a good experience but this time was above and beyond. The seamstress also stayed later just to hem the 2 pairs of pants we bought. I was so impressed with the level of help and care we received from both of these individuals we will absolutely be back.

We have gone to Mr Mac for years. This is our fist time at the Layton location. We had one suit to choose from and what made it worse was our salesman Jacob. Not friendly at all. If you get him, ask for someone else.
