DO NOT USE THIS SHOP I was dumb enough to prepay for a project over 3 years ago and its nowhere close to being finished. The owner continues to use lame excuses and lies as into why it hasnt been completed. I was recently told there are 2 projects ahead of mine, where I was told six months ago there was one project ahead of mine, yet my vehicle remains covered ** in the stock yard after 3 years ! Read the other reviews in depth. Ive had other clients tell me of the lack of professionalism, frustration and utter disappointment in dealing with these jokers. I will more than likely have to seek litigation with Wasatcth customs to get any where with them ??

Your employee, Justice Kane, thinks it’s ok to shame children by calling them fat and thinks it’s ok to call employees at other business “special”. This is absolutely not ok and you should re-consider having someone on your team, representing your brand, that acts that way.

My father, brother and I took our 1978 F-100 in for an engine rebuild and to have an A/C installed. The A/C works but they used cardboard for the “custom” work and just spray painted in black. The dash lights didn’t work when we got it back, they worked when we took it in, so we had to take it back in to get them repaired. Got it back again and the speedometer didn’t work. The engine is already leaking in the oil pan and at other joints that probably means they didn’t torque the engine properly. For how expensive the work was this place is extremely overrated. I suggest avoiding.

Overpriced, terrible customer service unless you’re dealing directly with Mark, shoddy workmanship. Getting one thing fixed or warrantied and something else they shouldn’t even be touching will be messed up or missing. They will usually try to make it right, but at that price it should be perfect the first time. Pretty sure my vehicle was used as practice for the new guy.I’m still having issues with the car, but I know letting them do more work on it is not a good idea. I took it to Steve’s automotive, a pretty generic auto repair shop and they were able to figure out my issues in about an hour. Unbelievable.Edit 1-5-21: dropped down to 1 star because I just found out the throttle cable they used was too long, resulting in my car only having about 1/4 throttle when floored. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Nudeez Customs about 1/2 North of them is awesome, however.

Took my 71 El Camino in for engine work, serpentine belt, and a new Vintage Air system. Work was done appropriately and some new issues were found that required attention including an engine piston rings overhaul. Communication is a two way street and I ended up calling them often because they have 20-30 vehicles going at any one time. The owner of the shop, Mark Lambert responded to my inquiries immediately. Received the vehicle back but had a non-working fuel gauge so will need to get that taken care of next time in the shop. This shop would get a 5 stars if more attention were paid to details including the non-working gauges. Will go back for service....
