I was having problems with stitch out of designs. I had a video call today. After set up if video we walked through entire loading process. By this conference, it was apparent that I was not setting up frame space properly. With doing that , the design actually stitched. Hooray!

I thought I would be leaving my machine to fix a jam, but the sweet worker showed me how I was putting in the bobbin holder incorrectly so I was able to take it home with me. Great service!
