Seems to always have what I'm looking for. The staff is always attentive and nice. The only thing I don't understand is, I've been a member and I guess accumulate points on purchases which I have done for years but have yet to see any benefit. Nothing ever happens? Anyway, when in doubt, try here.

Employee almost got his boss beat up because he forgot to scan something and then his boss tried to act tough and tell me I was wrong and Wasn't buying the part. So technically the employee messed up and the boss tried to be tuff girl

Went there to get a cabin air filter for my car and a shorter employee who wore chain was very knowledgeable about my car and easily helped me get the right filter for it. Wasn’t able to remember his name but he was one of the best employees I’ve ever been helped by.

Jim at oriellys was fantastic, he went out of his way to get me the exact part I needed. He even came out and took apart my tail light so as to make sure we got the right part. Excellent store with great helpful folks.
