If they don’t have a product in stock, they never make it my problem. They’re always willing to track it down and coordinate a transfer or pickup from another local store. They’re also incredibly helpful when it comes to color matching. They’re happy to work with me on custom matches and consistently have a quick turnaround—even when they’re busy!

What I appreciate most is that I never feel neglected or like I’m inconveniencing them, even when I have a lot of questions or need something specific. They are responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to helping me get what I need. They'll even deliver a single roll of tape! That's so convenient when you realize you forgot it in the middle of a project.

“Josh was super helpful today. He answered all my questions about primer and gave me good ideas for what to expect as we cover some really dark walls. After taking to him I had all the information I needed to choose the primer I wanted. He got the order ready quickly and loaded the 5 gallon bucket into my van for me. I also enjoyed looking at the different color mix trifolds to get ideas for our space and they have a little table with stools to hang out and look at colors. We're excited to get to the painting part of our remodel!”
