Booked an appointment to get my acrylics taken off and was told that the lady I booked with was not there. Someone else helped me, but almost immediately after I sat down she coughed right on my hands. She used a USED nail file and basically ripped the acrylics right off my natural nails. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend going here. The salon overall is also very messy, not tidy, and not clean.

Bad. Just all around bad. Asked for thin French, she tried doing clear topcoat with white tips. Had to stop her. She couldn’t figure out what color to paint the nail bed (for French?!) so I had to settle on glitter polish. As for Full Sets.. they don’t know how to lay the nails flat; some pointed up, some pointed slightly, none match. Cannot ombré. Presented the full set as if it matched the photo I showed her, it didn’t. Won’t go back.

Poor customer service! They close at 8pm but I was told that they were too busy when there was only two people present getting pedicures; the lady referenced me to the other nail salon by Dick’s sporting. The men there told me they were busy too with again only two customers in the empty salon. Poor service; they didn’t even ask me if I could wait they just turned me away at the door at 3 pm.

Extremely Disappointed
I’ve been to this salon multiple times, but after this recent visit, I don’t think we’ll be coming back. My mom and I both got the deluxe pedicure, which clearly states online that it includes hot stones and a paraffin treatment. While they did use the hot stones, they skipped the paraffin. When we asked about it, we were told it wasn't included—despite what’s advertised—and that it would cost an extra $7. When we pointed out the online listing, they just kept insisting we were wrong.
To make matters worse, the technician doing my mom’s pedicure (a woman with orange/red hair) was incredibly rude. She refused to help my mom put her shoes back on, which is something they’ve always done in the past. Thankfully, the technician I had (with darker hair and bangs) was wonderful and even reminded the other technician to assist my mom—but she just said “no” and walked away.
We ended up paying nearly $100 for a service that was both incomplete and disrespectful. Really disappointed in how we were treated.

I went in for a pedicure, and was shocked when I was charged $80!!! For the service I got, it was definitely not worth the price. There were definitely steps missed. I tried to trust the process but when it was completed I paid and left. I will not be returning. I’d rather drive 6 hours back home every 2-3 weeks for a proper pedicure where I know I’ll get what I’m paying for and definitely not pay $80!!!!
