Clerks are very kind, always willing to help .Some of.Grooming staff need a little more training . I AGREE. When I ask for a certain groomer, I don't want anyone else to be assisting. Thank you. I can always tell someone helps because I know my groomers work.

i was greeted by very rude people no one told me what i was actually going to need i bought one frog and they didn’t say anything about it being a companion animal or anything after i asked the girl many times if i need too no one told me my fish were schooling fish so i didn’t know i needed to buy multiple until i went to the RIVERDALE store they were so much nicer i felt they really knew what they were talking about and weren’t annoyed with my questions I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THE RIVERDALE STORE they are so much nicer and way more patient with you and willing to answer all my questions there tanks were also so disgusting and dirty they have dead fish in almost every tank including a pile of dead goldfish BONES they have obviously no care for there fish it’s disgusting

I buy my cat food, litter, and miscellaneous items from this facility. I appreciate how close it is to my residence, but when I try to get my cat groomed for the second time in a row after giving my cat the recommended dosage of Gabapentin from the vet clinic, they are still unable to give him his badly needed haircut. This is costing me gas and time to run around to accommodate this grooming location. The people behind the desk were nice about giving me another location to take him to since he is an aggressive feline, but they have protection and multiple people to hold my cat while they shave off what needs to come off. I don't appreciate my effort going to waste while they avoid getting bit or scratched, while I have to deal with that myself without anyone else to help me hold him while I administer his meds or brush his teeth. If you want people who want to avoid being "bit" or "scratched" for their own safety (since a cat bite from a cat who has already had all his shots is life-threatening), then I would recommend just going straight to L'mew or another business and skipping this place for any type of cat grooming.

Tana was the most helpful person I’ve worked with at this location. I’ve been getting a fish tank ready for glow fish and out of all the people I worked with over the last 2 weeks on this, Tana is the most helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure our tank was good and ready and we had what we needed. She was so friendly at the same time. I only want to work with her because of her expertise and professionalism. Because of her I will continue to keep coming back. She deserves a raise! Thank you Tana!!!

Bought a dog carrier that wasn't in a box, no paperwork, and straps missing. I asked about it and he looked confused. I said if I can't use it I will bring it back. The cashier threw it on the floor, then took it out off my bill. I said, I do want to take it with me but if I can't use it I'll bring it back. I'm taking it back.

The cashier Henry needs a big lesson in customer service, he is very rude and unprofessional! I took the items I was purchasing to his register, after placing the items from my cart on the rolling belt at his register he started acting aggressively. He started hitting and smacking the roller belt and throwing my items very hard in front of my child. It was obvious he was having a bad day. I then asked him if everything was ok? He then responded everything will be ok after he leaves work. There is no reason you should be taking any frustrations about having to work out on the customers, and act aggressive like they are an inconvenience for shopping there. That type of behavior at work and in front of customers and young children is absolutely unacceptable! Upper management definitely needs to speak with him about his behavior at work.

Came in with our cat this morning for grooming and they would take our cat because he hissed one time trying to get him out of his crate. My wife offered to take him out, just doesn’t like the crate and acts that way coming out otherwise he’s a peach.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this Petsmart, we’ve had issues with their Banfield veterinary for being inhumane to our two dogs.
This was the last straw, we’ll never go back to any Petsmart for anything ever again.
