I had my front Jeep windshield replaced on Friday May 10th. I washed my Jeep right before I took it to them. They scratched my driver side mirror. You can clearly see where they stood on the running boards by the mirrors. I’m pretty sure it was someone’s belt buckle. I’ve been coming to them for years and was super happy with them. I haven’t contacted them but i highly doubt they would do anything about it. I’m sure it would be the standard it wasn’t us routine. I think they have expanded too fast and lost sight of quality control. I’d think twice before going to them. I’d happily change my review if they step up but no one really does that anymore.

I was really surprised today! The owner reached out to me and has offered to replace the damaged mirror. I offered to do the replacement if he would order and pay for the mirror. He has already ordered the mirror from the Jeep dealership. I stand corrected! This company did indeed step up to the plate and make it right. I have changed this review to 5 star and will continue to use them in the future. I will post updated pictures once the mirror is replaced.
I replaced the mirror this weekend. I verified it was indeed an OEM jeep mirror

Got my windshield replaced here. During installation they broke my rearview mirror, so I had to come back to have that fixed. On my next appointment, I waited for over an hour and nobody had touched my vehicle. At that point, I decided to check on why my vehicle had not been touched. The nice lady at the counter went in the back and got someone who walked out to the parking lot and fixed my rearview mirror in 2 minutes. They weren't very busy at the time, and the tech who finally fixed it wasn't very friendly. I guess I interrupted his break.... Regardless, I shouldn't have to remind them that I was waiting on a 5 minute job to be done (for which I had an appointment). Most of their employees are friendly people overall, but definitely room for improvement in the customer service realm.

I have been going to Precision Auto Glass for years now and have been so glad I found them. My opinion is no one does it better when you consider price and quality. Prices are low and quality is high, just what you want! I had an experience recently where I replaced my windshield, and within 4 months had an object on the freeway that created a big crack before I could get in to repair. I want to give a shout out to Sarah in Layton who was very sympathetic to the situation and helped me with a new windshield in the best way possible. She helped make me a customer for life! Thank you!

Quick fast service. It was a challenging deep chip. Very friendly staff. Saved me a bit of $$. We shall see how it holds up. Will definitely be back.

The service was fast and friendly. They are a preferred provider with my insurance, so it was easy to have the insurance cover my repair. I will visit Precision Auto Glass for any future auto glass work.

I got my front windshield replaced on 2/23 after a giant crack appeared on the bottom of my windshield. Their price was amazing compared to other places I had looked at. Towards the end of May beginning of June a crack appeared on the passenger side of the windshield that didn’t seem to have an impact point. The crack started to grow bigger and bigger so that now it spreads along about half of the passenger side. I called and was told to bring my car in and they would look at it to determine if it was a stress crack or not. When I took it in a tech looked at it for a few seconds and pointed to a super small spot which looked like where the glass had popped out when it had cracked and was told that was an impact point and that the giant crack was because of a super tiny rock. The supposed impact point didn’t not even have spidering around it meaning a rock the size of a grain of rice would have had to cause my almost 12-inch crack. My windshield lasted me 3 months. Their glass is poor quality so I would recommend spend a little extra and go somewhere else so that you aren’t paying $350 every few months.
