So the website says 930 to 4pm and they only drug screen. While they are open theyre only open for a combined 3 and a half hours. Trying to get my drug test felt like trying to get a teenager to do homework before they went to a friend's house.

I went in last week and had a fantastic experience. The phlebotomist was SO kind and so helpful and very patient while we waited for my doctor to send the lab request which was overlooked. I definitely recommend this lab and plan to go back.

Great location with great nurses. They draw blood so efficiently & fast. Not even a big deal. I trust them 100% anytime I need blood work done!

I've been having blood tests for years, but this was the most pain-free test I've ever had. Usually there is a mildly stinging prick, but this time it was almost undetectable. Technician was very skilled and professional.

Good parking and easy access to the building which has elevators. The staff was really nice. I was in and out really quick.

Never will I forget the time I came in for a pre employment drug screen (yes I definitely used quick fix) and the lady that took my sample smelled it ? and refused the sample cause she claimed the sample smelled like plastic ????? Ive done well over 50 drug screens and never had an employee stick their nose in the cup. lmfaooo

I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but the ladies that were there when I was were GREAT! Very professional and efficient, all while very personable. This was a very pleasant experience for me!

Absolutely awful. Condescending. Not helpful at all. No empathy. They do not listen. They don’t care! These people act like they have absolutely no training in patient empathy. I have never been treated so badly in a medical facility. If I could give no stars, I would.
I worked as an RN. If I had ever talked to a patient the way these people do I would have been fired!

Why bother saying you are open at 7:00am if you are not going to start to provide service until 9:30am. Bad business practice!
