Lavon is outstanding! She's friendly, efficient, and kind. The blood draw was quick and painless. My last experience here with a different technician was terrible. Lavon travels to several states to train new staff so I was fortunate to go when she was there.

Not sure if there's been a change in management but my experience was great compared to other reviews. Very friendly, quick, professional, and easy. They knew exactly what to do with my blood draw, check in was easy as well.

Got turned around at the door. The lobby was empty and I was told she was overbooked and couldn't take walk-ins.

I wouldn't even give them one star. Worst costumer service. They act all put out to do their job. No receptions, a few minutes late to appointment would not take us. Would not help us reschedule. Rude tech there said she was the the office manager. Would not provide when we could come back or any other questions. Do not go there if you have any other chance to go somewhere else. I don't know how they stay in business. No health insurance should contract with them

0 stars. This lab is run by the absolute gumpiest people ever. It's like Oscar the Grouch escaped from Sesame Street and came here to do blood work. Avoid if at all possible.

They have a phone system that only has a menu and when you have a question about an upcoming appointment you don't even have a option to leave a call back voice mail.

Not friendly at all. Always say they don’t have my papers the doctor faxed in. Every time!!! So un organized. But most disappointed in the way you’re treated here. So un personable / professional. Grouchy employee. And she always bruises my arm. Never have had anyone else do that ever!

Walked in at 3:15 to get a blood draw. There were no other people so I got in pretty quick.The phlebotomist Jodine who took my blood draw was really nice & seemed like she had a lot of experience drawing blood. It was painless & probably the best blood draw I’ve ever had.

In and out in less than 10 minutes, painless blood draw. Very easy. Just make an appointment rather than complaining about walk in times.

I wish I could give a 0 star!!!!If I was management or the owner of this location I would be mortified!!! I have honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. I was here for a simply employment drug screen. First off There was no communication that children are not aloud. After driving 20 minutes, checking in and sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes without a word from anyone. I was told my child could not be present because she was under 11(she’s 7). Interestingly enough there was a woman who had just completed her labs while her 2 kids sat in the hall they looked about 9 and 6. I didn’t put up a stink or throw a fit or even complain I politely packed up and drove 20 minutes back towards home where I luckily had a family member who was able to take an early to lunch and take my child. I then completed the 20 minute drive once again, waited my 20 minute wait and was called up to complete my screen while waiting I reviewed my employers email, the company website, their scheduling UI, as well as the walls and door into the office. There was Absolutely no communication or signage about children not being aloud. When I got up to talk to the tech I used this exact sentence. “I know the website and email are out of your control but it would be really helpful for anyone with a similar situation if you hung a sign on the entrance stating no kids.” I was met with the most inhuman response said in such an inappropriate and condescending manner. Her response was…”what did you expect, it’s a drug screen, you wouldn’t take your child to an interview.” I did not respond with anything back. Clearly this woman did not have and ounce of kindness or empathy. She completed my visit in the same cold, abrasive, and humiliating manner it began with……based off my experience I would be embarrassed to call her an employee. She should not be employed in a role that interacts with others especially costumer facing! I would ask your employer to send you somewhere else! It’s worth an extra 20 min.

Drove all the way out there for them to tell me I needed to do stuff online prior and also that I couldn’t have my kids with me. This would have been helpful information to put on the form I printed OR for them to tell me when I called to schedule my appointment except they only use an automated system. As many reviews have said, the lady working there was extremely rude and is the reason I called my school to find another place because I didn’t want to give quest my money after they treated me that way. I look forward to going to Labcorp, which listed everything I needed to bring and do on the form given to me.

I was hesitant to visit due to the low reviews but my experience was great! I scheduled an appointment and was able to do the self check in on their tablet. I got in 3 mins before my scheduled time. Then Lavon took care of me and drew my blood. She was very nice and helpful. I'd definitely use this location again.

I got an order from the doctor and checked the hours of operation early in the day to make sure I could take a break from work to run down there. Hours for walk ins are listed on my insurance site and on google as 7:30-4 with an hour lunch. I got there at 3:46 and was told that they stop taking samples at 3:40. There was no one else there, just the one person working. I feel like she definitely could have taken a sample if she wanted to but that would be way out of character for this place based on the other reviews I read. I wonder what they do if two people show up at 3:39? One is able to give a sample and the other one has to come back? I have worked in all types of service jobs including medical and lab type work and I can't imagine turning someone away that showed up 14 min before the posted closing time.

I scheduled an appointment for me and my 3 year old son because I saw that they have pediatric services. I arrived a few minutes early and was called back immediately. I didn't care that the phlebotomist was not very personable with me. However, she seemed rather short with my son. She basically kicked us out because it was just her and my son was not cooperating. and she didn't have anyone to help. There was no "maybe come back later when someone else can help" They don't have "quiggles" as indicated on their site. Shortly after we left, a dad and his teenage son had left, appearing they didn't get labs drawn, saw us and said "we think he made a good choice, she [the phlebotomist] seemed very grouchy" We will not be returning. The only reason for 2 stars is because it wasn't terrible for me.
