The delivery me. Were very kind.we bought the table in the clearance section. When they delivered it ewe could see why it was discounted. They had the extra pieces in the table so we could not see that there is a gap and the table doesn’t close all the way. Our bad. Should have shopped around more.

Delivery was poor. They didn't put the headboard frame on the bed frame saying it wasn't the right one. But it was, and took as us a few hours to do that.

Asked to level my stove, it is not level, A dent in the front of the stove, a 2 3/4 inch gap behind my stove. Left a piece of my old fridge. They dropped off my dishwasher and I cant get it instolled till the 14th.

We had an incredible experience here with our salesman Jeff, he was so knowledgeable and patient with us in helping us find a new bedroom set for our daughter. He answered all our questions and helped us find not just something that would work but the best value he could. He truly went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience.

I called RC Willeys and gave them my space dimensions for a new fridge. Salesman, Randy, texted me back with a model, in stock, that would work for us. Purchased over the phone and it was delivered the next day. Excellent service!

Greg Rhoads was our salesman. We were looking for a new bed. Adjustable, comfortable, durable. He did an excellent job of showing options, working within our budget. He is knowledgeable, personable, and listens to concerns/wants. We ordered with a down payment, as they needed to bring it in, and we weren't ready to bring it home. He followed up, more than once. Our remodel took longer than anticipated, and the bed just sat in their warehouse, no complaints. Strongly recommend asking for Greg, if you're looking for furniture. Great experience, all around.
