I have been using SW paints and lacquers for 15 years. Seldom had an issue. Four months ago I bought four gallons of white lacquer for a kitchen cabinet build. I was delayed spraying for 9 weeks and when I went to spray, the lacquer had 2 inches of sludge on the bottom of every can. None of the cans had even been opened until that point. Returned the cans and the store (Bountiful) replaced all four cans. Today I went to spray a third coat of Latitude on two commercial exterior doors. One can of paint looked good and I will use. The other, about 1/4 full, was sludgy and full of bubbles when I opened it. No way was I going to use it. Returned the paint and the guy at the counter looked at it stirred and then strained it. He said it had lots of bubbles. Didn't want to do anything about it. I gave up and left the $20 in paint with him to toss out.
I am now done with SW. I spray Ben Moore too and will now use them for most all of my paint and lacquer needs.
I gave the store a 2 star rating but only because in the past they were better. Probably should have been a 1 star review.
I highly suggest going to a different location if you must use SW.
Update: SW left a reply to my review, asking me to contact them. I did and the person at the other end of the customer service line had no idea why I was even calling. Finally, he was able to find something on his end and told me he would pass it on to the district manager and that he would call me. Never happened. I ended up with another gallon of vinyl sealer that had been unopened in my shop for about 6 weeks that had gone bad. It had eaten the inside of the can because it was put in the wrong sort of can. I talked to the store manager when I returned it. I told him about my experiences and he said he would have the district manager call me. Never heard from anyone. SW simply does not care about their customers.

Due to a lack of timing, I came in pretty much at closing time to get some paint (sorry workers).
A young guy and lady were working and were very respectful and understanding of my poor timing.
Would come here again and much respect to those workers for being kind and quick.

Color matching is challenging and it can be frustrating when close enough results arent met. However; Betina, the Store Manager has exceeded our expectations. Knowledgable, great customer serv. Cant say enough about my personal (color matching) experience.

SW paint is good quality. It is not worth my time to use cheap paint and then repaint often. The store staff were very friendly. Helped me to pick out the correct paint. They act like you are of value to them as a customer.

Great place with plenty of staff to help you. I went in to get color swatches, but I also wanted their opinion on my choices. Carli was there, and as she helped me before, I felt conformable asking her for help. She gave me other paint options and took the time I needed. I was so appreciative of her help.

Paint matching was excellent! If you are unable to bring a sample in, they have a matching tool that you can purchase. The tool is a little pricey, but worth it! I love their indoor paint with primer. Most applications are one coat and done!

Terrible costumer service gave me wrong paint that was suppose to be the same that my construction guy was using. I told them his name and that he had a current job going on and I needed the same paint he was using. The girl says ok she looked in computer said she found it and then said she had some paint that was already mixed and was the same color but the color was off. Took it back and they would not refund because they said policy was that once paint was mixed there is no refund but I bought it already mixed. They still said no refund.

They matched my paint swatch exactly! I couldn't tell where the new paint began and the old paint started. I won't paint with any other paint. Working for a restoration company has giving me the experience of knowing the difference between paint from the box stores and Sherwin Williams. There's no comparison. Your going to save time and money painting with a quality paint.

My associate helped me choose a better paint for my project than the one I thought I needed, found the correct nap roller and gave me a $10 off coupon without my request. In and out in five minutes with exactly what I needed. Excellent.

Dixie is an absolute angel. There’s a paint shortage right now (who knew) and she stayed late to separate a five gallon bucket of paint into one gallon buckets. I could not be more grateful to her for her kindness and amazing customer service. Thank you for hiring great people!

We always go to Sherwin Williams because they have exceptional product compared to other paint stores and have always had a good experience. Our most recent time we were helped by an employee named Dixie who was extremely helpful. They were out of one of the products we needed and she called around to find it for us. I would definitely recommend this store for their service and product.
