I had previously given this place a glowing review for the great customer service that I received; however, they scammed me, and now they get a one-star review.We came here to move three lines over to T-Mobile from another service, and we were told that there was a "promotion" that if we got three GPS locator devices, we would get a discount on our bill and only need to pay the taxes. However, the bill came and those locator devices were $50 a piece with their own lines attached. This means in addition to $50 a piece, we were getting a monthly charge.We didn't even want them, but they acted like they were doing us some huge favor? We were told they would be free because of the promotion, and they clearly weren't. By the time we knew we were charged, the return window had passed. Horrible, shady business practice.EDIT TO ADD: I have looked through most of the one star reviews here, and there appears to be a theme. The manager offers a promotion or item that he insists is included or free, and then ends up charging you the full price. If you come back to question him on it, he will just tell you that you have misunderstood. There's nothing in writing, so it's a brilliant little system for him. Don't fall for his tricks, and make sure you see the writing for any "free" or "included" items. What a scummy practice.Additional edit: No worries on the return, we were able to bring it to a different store where someone refunded our money. They were very clear that these locators are an item you get a commission on, so there's no surprise that you tried to upsell us :) It turns out there are people in your franchise that care about customer loyalty. Couldn't be your store, though.

After getting married the thought of combining everything was getting so overwhelming. My husband was with Verizon and I was with T-Mobile. As soon as we walked into the Layton T-Mobile Layton was a friendly face and instantly reassured me that she would do everything she could to help us out without breaking our bank account. In the end we were able to merge phone plans, upgrade our phones, AND save more money than what we were paying previously because she knew of all the promotions and how we could use them together. Really was a great experience and will keep coming back to T-Mobile just to work with Payton!!

Fraudulent store! Will lie to you 100%DO NOT GO TO THE LAYTON T-MOBILE STORE OFF ANTELOPE! THEY WILL CON AND LIE TO YOU AFTER LEADING YOU ON FOR MONTHS!! THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP!! Absolutely Love This Store! Jeremy the store manager made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. He provided me with options and was able to save me money immediately! I have never had any issues with this location and will always come back to this location.

Very impressed! I will admit, I am weary of going into any retail sales store because I expect them to try and “sell” me on stuff other than what i go in for.. but after today I will definitely be coming back to this store EVERY time because there was absolutely no pressure, they broke everything down on paper in front of me, they resolved my initial iPhone issues AND I was in and out within 35min.Honesty is huge for me, and what I was hearing sounded too good to be true, so naturally I double checked by calling corporate to verify. Sure enough, they confirmed everything said was true and accurate. I am very pleased! Thank you Erik and Jeremy!

Stay away from this lame bad customer service manager and workers this place is even worse than a bad car dealership Jeremey or whatever your name is the uneducated manager has no idea what he is doing I have no idea why you even work there your the biggest scam LIAR there!!!!even your assistant manager she is also a FAT LIARwe went there 3X and each time we were there for 2-3 hours and still didn’t get what we needed this people either get the proper training or fired it is very frustrating and disappointing when you think this idiots know what they are doing but they don’t!!When my wife and I beer check his $# that he first came up with and he was $400 over and he was making up some lame excuses the reason why he was off by that far then he agreed with us and discount the price down $400 because he got embarrassedSo my wife went there for the 5th time and confronted him of his many mistakes on our account and he literally told my wife that she was lying and that he had never seen her before and told my wife to leave the store or he will call the police..Dude you are the biggest liar and idiots on the planet go work atMCD because you fit there better!!We report his actions to the Corporate Office management people and hopefully they did something right who knowsSo to help you save your energy stay away from this store
