If you need it, they don’t have it. If they have it, no they don’t. Bonus points docked because half their stuff is never in stock. I’d give 0 stars if I could because their air supply doesn’t show up on maps. I’d also give -1 stars if I could because you can’t return equipment if it’s bad. You have to send it to the manufacturer and go through the warranty. (At least in my experience for that last point)

Built our new home in Powell Wy and we purchased the entire home plumbing from Lisa Curtis in Layton. Lisa was spot on of what was required to build our home. Also, Lisa customer service was out standing, always returned phone calls with answers to our questions and just a pleasure to work with! Thankyou Lisa!

My great uncle who is staring to really feel the effects of alzheimer's asked me to help him get a new sink faucet because his leaked. We eventually end up here. Explain to the show room what he wants and that it absolutely needed to have a base plate to work. They point us to where we need to look and we bring them a few options to see if they have a base plate option. We went through three or four before we found one that came with the baseplate. That's totally fine, we'd been looking for weeks for something he liked that worked. And we finally found it. The base plate was talked about a lot and was a main point in choosing. So, he was pretty mad when 500 dollars and 3 weeks later(without a call or record it had arrived some time before I called to check in on it) we open it with the contractor to install it and it had arrived without a base plate. We called and it turned out that it was never ordered. We tried to call and stop in to go through them to get one but we were turned away with the promise of a call that never came.
So we got it way cheaper from the manufacturer website and it came in two days. If you go to a show room and you like something-order it yourself so you don't over pay, you get what you actually want, and you don't have to wait on anyone with no information.

I always go to this location for all my plumbing needs, the guys at the plumbing counter are always helpful and knowledgeable ,and are not afraid to get their hands dirty if someone is in need of help. If they didn’t have a part on hand they would take the time to confirm what part I needed and order it to make sure I was good to go. Thank you Luke Leo Kyle Nathan Brett tony.

Wow~! These guys are GREAT~! It started when we walked in the door and met Lee Kroop that guy knows his stuff. We needed a free standing tub and all the fixtures. He was amazing we told him what we were looking for and he found us exactly what we wanted tub, fixtures and all the accessories. That was Friday and the delivered everything today Monday....WOW that is service and the young men that delivered very nice and courteous. Amazing customer service. Thank you to Lee Kroop and the wonderful delivery workers. This was our first time with Standard Plumbing Layton but you have made a customer for life~!

Showroom help and plumbing advice top notch! Especially Lee in the showroom, fantastic advice on plumbing considerations and options as well as in-depth product line knowedge! Fixtures do cost more than Lowes/HD, etc. but well worth it if you value higher quality fixtures.
