This place is great! Very clean and secure. Claradawn and Emily are always able to answer any questions. They always make visiting their office a pleasant experience. Great Place! Prices are reasonable.

RUN FROM THIS STORAGE UNIT!!!! They are the biggest rip off ever. Just got another notification, price going up AGAIN… that’s 2 times in 13 months. An insane amount.

Please choose somewhere else. We’ve only had our storage units for five months and we got a notification that the monthly payment for them is going up almost $100. Absolutely ridiculous. They’ll draw you in with some good deals and then drive the prices up once you’re there.

I needed a storage unit that day within a few hours and was stressed because surrounding storage unit facilities were either closed or couldn’t help me.
Emily at Public Storage was incredibly helpful and got me checked in and ready to go with a storage unit in under 20 minutes. She was so nice and helpful couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you for making my stressful day easier Emily!

If I could leave a 0 star I would but I am unable to. Never got my refund for my lock didn’t even break the sale on the storage only had it for a day and a half. They charged me the full amount and it was impossible to give canceled.

Yeah, look at a lot of these reviews are about service, which is impressive for a place that barely ever has someone on site. Definitely bots as many only have one review to their name! Been here just over a year. Price has jumped twice and am now paying over 100 dollars more than I was a year ago!! Beware the move in special... They get you in and then they have you... Who wants to pay to get a uhaul and move everything all over again... I had used a previous storage company years ago and was there 4yrs and the price went up once and it was like 20 dollars. Poor for Public!! At least offer lube if you are going to screw your tenants! ???

We started our storage unit back in 2023 the price per month was $165 now we are paying nearly $300 per month and when I call the facility nobody answers or when I go there nobody is at the office. Terrible customer service I would advise people to go somewhere else if you don’t you will eventually get ripped off and they won’t lower your rent no matter how many times you ask them. Avoid all Public Storage facilities it will be your best choice.
