I went in to public storage on antelope in Layton needing a storage. I was very unsure of what I needed. I entered and I was greeted by Chelcie who was so bubbly and friendly. She has the patience of a god, because I had her show me three different options and then show me again and dispute my inability to make a decision she still kept a smile and a positive attitude even though I made her walk a huge parking lot four different times and she was able to get me situated and squared away.

They repaired a leak in my unit and took accountability by adjusting my monthly rate and waiving a late fee! I really appreciate the effort in getting everything resolved in a timely manner. Excited to continue storing my belongings with public storage. Thank you Ryan for meeting my expectations!

They charged me 300 to move into a unit. I tried and tired to get a hold of manager was able to 1 time was told they will reimburse me 84 but never happen now they wont anser my calls. Or my voice mails garbage company so i am moving my stuff out of there to a new place do not use them

I wish I could put ZERO STAR!! My experience with this storage facility has been awful. The management is unprofessional, communication is poor, and the overall operation feels completely disorganized. Items were not handled properly, and I have serious concerns about the security and integrity of the facility.
It’s been frustrating dealing with such incompetence, and I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere for storage. Save yourself the headache — there are far better options out there.
