About Sun Hills Golf Course
Sun Hills Golf Course is a good course that is not too difficult and offers a fun round for all abilities. The course is looking great, with greens that are maturing and usually roll well, though they can be longer and in some spots diseased. Spring and early summer the course is great, but late summer brings heat that takes its toll, creating dry areas. The grounds can get a little rough at times. Early morning tee times are the absolute best, featuring a beautiful view as the sun comes over the mountains, though it can briefly blind players. It provides a good alternative when other local courses are full, with good rates and a pitching, chipping, and putting area for practice. Recent improvements have been noted.

Went golfing with my son-in-law and grandson. The course was not too difficult, but as the sun crept over the top of the mountain, it blinded us so we couldn't see the green we were headed for. We waited a few minutes and then all was well.

Awesome people to deal with, play here a lot. I haven’t really had a bad experience. Sometimes the grounds gets a little rough at times.

The course course is looking great. Greens are maturing after the winter months. The pace of play is moderate to good during the week. On the weekends, it's closer to slow, but to be expected at the good rates offered and quantity of players looking to enjoy a fun round of golf for all abilities.
