  Happy with staff regarding responsiveness, friendliness, customer service. Staff was knowledgeable about promos but unfortunately provided an inaccurate price on our Go 5g Plus Plan for me and my family resulting in higher monthly bill. Hoping to work with them to rectify somehow but still trying to work things out.

  Jeremy, the manager, stayed on the phone with various T-Mobile employees for almost an hour to help me solve a problem that should have been FAR simpler than it was. Kudos to him for that kind of perseverance.
