My 1 hour appointment turned into a 2 hour and 20 minute wait because they kept getting up to help other customers. The guy that works there doesn't know his a** from a hole in the wall. He ended up getting bailed out by the female he called from the back after I came back to the store after 2 hours and stood there to ensure they were actually working on it. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Tricked Out Accessories for the last several years and have been treated well during each of my 25 to 30 visits. My Samsung Tab's glass developed a crack, which brought me back for a replacement glass. The employee looked up my account on their computer and saw that I had purchased safety glass and phone cases for 25 to 30 phones and tablets during the last several years. But, she could not find where I had purchased the glass for my Samsung Tablet. I explained that I purchased glass and protective covers for every phone and tablet I have ever purchased. Obviously, one of their employees labeled my tablet incorrectly, and consequently, she would not provide me a warrenty replacement. I estimate that I have spent approximately $2500 at Tricked Out Accessories, but no more. They just lost a VERY VERY good customer!

I had an issue with an iPad screen protector that I had purchased from a local AT&T Store. They couldn't help me and recommended the I go talk to the guys at Tricked Out Accessories in the Layton Hills Mall. I was expecting to buy a new screen protector, but the guys were able to fix it and now it's good as new. When I asked how much I owed them, they said nothing. I now know why they have so many 5-star reviews. If they take suck good care a a random guy off the street, how much better care will they take for one of their customers? I've now got a new go-to place for my cellphone and tablet accessories.

They made an honest effort to replace the front and back tempered glass screen protectors for my iPhone 8 a couple times. I still experienced the same issues, but I just didn't have the time to keep visiting the store.
