I went in today to get a manicure with regular nail polish and have them remove my luminary nails. I explained to the lady that I had tried to remove my nails by myself, and I couldn’t get them off and accidentally ripped one of my nails. I’M NOT A NAIL TECH THATS WHY I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I could tell the lady was already irritated at the start and she was sighing the whole time. She was very rude and was rushing her work. I did not like the method she was using to take the luminary layer off my nails, but I didn’t say anything because I don’t do nails. As she was trimming my cuticles she cut too close to the skin and made the skin bleed. She did not apologize or even look up at me until she painted that nail and she just painted over it without cleaning it!! I asked her to fix the shape of the nails and she told me after I sat in the dryer. I sat under the dryer for 5 minutes and she came and filed the nails and chipped one of them in the process. Instead of fixing it she painted right over it and put a top coat on. I sat under the dryer for a totally of 20 minutes and a guy came and told me I was good to go. I asked to wash my hands because there was still nail dust all over and he told me it wasn’t recommended. I paid and left very unhappy. I walked out and didn’t even make it to my car and already had 2 big smugglers so I walked back in and asked for a refund. The guy that told me I was good to go(I’m assuming he’s the manager) gave me a hard time and openly blamed me for them being messed up and only gave me half of my money back!!! As he was taking the nail polish off he told me that because I’ve been getting my nails done at another salon for over a year that I should know that regular nail polish take over an hour to dry. I am absolutely livid with the service and the way this place treated me . I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Not a good experience and that's a shame. The place is not cleaned properly. They do not wash down the pedicure stations after they are finished. One woman rolled her eyes at me when we slightly corrected her on the toe design

Came in on Saturday. Woman doing my pedicure didn’t do a very good job. Feet are still rough even after paying for one of the high end pedicures with paraffin wax. Didn’t scrub feet enough. Didn’t have problems with ingrown nails when I came in and now my big toes are really hurting me. Just did a very quick job. Didn’t do the cuticles well. Passed me off to a gentleman to paint my toes. Just cares about a woman she knew that came in after so passed me off. Sat and waited for them to dry for like over 30 min. Never dried and I had to go after being there for so long. Had to just have polish removed. Won’t recommend this place. Toes are really hurting so I’m gonna have to get rid of the ingrowns she caused and scrub my own feet and polish myself

I love to come here for pedicures! Mindy is my absolute favorite. She really does a good job and I don't feel like she rushes the steps like some others do. I am a nail technician myself and it's really hard for me to find a salon/tech that I really like. I'm glad to have found her!

This nail shop is my go-to spot! The prices are really reasonable, and the people here are just wonderful. No matter how busy they are, they always manage to find time for me, and I never feel like they’re rushing to get me out the door. Everyone is so kind, and they really make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend them enough!

There is a gentleman there who seems to just be in a terrible mood and doesn’t like ME I think as a customer because I ask for French tips.i have gone there for years and this employee Last time I was there he said my toe nails were shaped funny and I shouldn’t get French tips for that reason, “it looks bad” he said. (Thanks for that)
Today I got the French tips and he didn’t cut my cuticles at all, the gel is all over my toes not just the nail, the gel is already flaking off, the whole experience seemed very half effort, he didn’t say a word the entire time. This location is close to my house but I suppose I’m getting what I pay for when I seek cheap prices.
I won’t be going back to this location.

Customer service is poor. Some employees are plain rude. Quality is fair. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the person that answers the phone is somewhat friendly. I do not recommend this place at all and will never go back.

Walked in and asked the owner of the establishment if they did walk ins and was told I was unable to considering the place was empty. Felt discriminated against and wouldn't recommend this place again

A friend went here and the staff were so rude to him. Looked him up and down and had the attitude when being asked about walk-ins. No need to be rude just because the way someone presents themselves. Walked out and will never return.

If I could give this place a half a star I would, not only where they very rude, rushed, and had an attitude with me. A potential customer walked in and asked if walk ins were allowed or appt only the nail tech looked this individual up and down then replied "not for you". Will not be going there again, all I asked for was a black acrylic full set and left with bumpy, uneven, and already cracked nails.

I came in and wanted pink chrome with glitter . What I got was a nude color and glitter I realized when I saw that she was finishing up that it was not what I asked for so I said hey are you finished because this is not pink . Long story short she was so mad she wiped them off and was aggressively putting the powder on it smeared all over my fingers . I was taken by surprise by her attitude . She finished up and I stared at her to see if she was going to wipe off the mess she made . She did then squirted oil on my cuticles and says your done ! She was so rude I usually only see this stuff on videos ! My nails were done yesterday and not only do they hurt terribly but ones lifting already . If you don't want to go somewhere that if they don't do your nails the color you wanted don't go here !!!! They look nice but I will never ever return
