I really wanted to support a small business but our experience here was horrible. We were looking for Benjamin Moore paint. I guess this color is supposed to be exclusively mixed with their aura paint. We did not know this. It was mixed with another paint recommended to us and the color came out black. They acknowledged it was a completely different color but refused to refund us. The paint was $80 for one gallon. They acknowledged they made a mistake but said since we opened it we are out of luck…. They never even put a sample drop on the lid so I’m not sure how it could be avoided? We left the paint there to be trashed and went to Home Depot. Avoid this place.

Cory was awesome. He helped me get paint for my entire house. He was patient and thorough. I needed a specific paint matched and they took a lot of care to make sure I got the right color. I’ll be coming here for all of my painting needs.

The employees here are knowledgeable and helpful, and this store has a very large inventory of items not found at other places.

Is it too hard for them to have just ONE person who knows anything? The shelf price didn't ring up, and it took the guy three trips there and back before he couldn't figure it out. So I gave up and went to Home Depot. Great way to lose customers, True Value!

I will not step foot in this business again. I received no help when purchasing paint. I had to come back, due to them failing to tint it properly. I finally complained at the front desk, and the associate said he was trained on how to help me, but that it wasn't his department. Very poor customer service. I don't see them being in business much longer.
