The attendant at this place was very rude, disrespectful and dishonest. I rented a U-Haul from them and they charged me for more miles than I drove the car for, and charged me for gas at much higher rate without telling me. When I tried to show him the pictures of the gas gauge that I took when I got the truck showing it was at the same location where I returned the truck, he got mad, refused to look at my pictures and asked me to leave.

Dishonest people who will screw you over if they get the chance… blew me off when I asked about fees that were added to my account without explanation.

The check out/In process is streamlined here, however the local rep here seemed disinterested in the whole affair. It's as if I'm doing them a favor by renting from their location. I would recommend them overall, but don't be surprised when they willingly take your money, but you are no friend of theirs.
The Equipment; The truck had a shimmy or an out of balance tire on the front end above 50 mph. I would not have accepted that vehicle for a cross country trip.

We politely asked a question about how we were charged and the gray hair guy w/ glasses was really rude and mean about it. They’re definitely not POC friendly. For someone who claims they have 10+ experience, they should know better than to treat customers like the way they do. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

Junior in the hoodie and sunglasses needs continuous supervision. Do business midday when the gray haired guy is there. No receipt and run like a flea market.
