If you have any options available to avoid dealing with the woman at this facility you should. You will regret dealing with her for a U-haul rental or storage. This staff member is confrontational, argumentative, difficult, rude, unprofessional, bitter, ect ect... I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor. Find another business to deal with. It will be your better option.

Had a reservation set for this location and arrived to the location at the time it was set. The hours of operation were set to open at 9am. We sat for 20 minutes waiting and even attempted to call multiple times and nothing. Will not be coming back here again and do not recommend anyone setting a reservation for this location.

Don’t rent here! They tell you that it’s 1 month free but then when you go to check on it’s a 1 time fee that costs more than the unit itself. They tell you it may or may not be less than what it shows you when you sign. I’m not signing anything unless it reflects the advertised amount & deal…go elsewhere!

If I could leave a 0 stars, I would. I rented a uhaul from this place, and I been trying to return it for days now. They are never in the office, I been going online to do the return, but they are charging me more than what I was told by the guy from the office. I been calling and going in, but always close. First and last time I will rent from this place. Horrible experience!!!!

If I could leave a 0 stars, I would. I rented a uhaul from this place, and I been trying to return it for days now. They are never there. They take long lunches and close up at 2pm almost every Tuesday. They are closed Wednesday.

Three times denied services by making up bogus claims. I reviewed the onsite information and have filed a claim with Uhaul in regards for the upscaling of prices. As well as lack of proper service. (If you're allergic to dogs, they also have animals inside. It should be posted for people who can have allergies to such things.) STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Don’t come here I promise Any other U-Haul service is better than this one. The lady was so rude so short and not helpful.

This place is not staffed. U-Haul could not get a hold of them after I wasted my time with a confirmed rental. PLEASE do NOT rent from here. Go to the place on main by the Maverick by Layton Parkway. Those guys are amazing!!! They bailed me out when this dead beat did a no show no answer the phone. The guys on Main were easy to deal with and extremely fast with a rental. They had it all ready by the time I showed up. U-Haul did end up giving me the 50 dollars because of the guarantee rental no show from this location. They need to close this place down. You would think with the owner LIVING ON SITE that there would be no problem. Guess again. U-Haul let me know they lived on site and that they usually at least answered. The U-Haul rep said she had problems with this location being there. When they were there they were reliable, other times however, not so much. The nice lady with U-Haul said this place has been going down hill.
