Amazon returns here are pain-free. The girls here were extremely pleasant and printed my Amazon return label for my box after sending it electronically to their store email. They provide some tape and you can even pay for a box if you don't have one. Hats off to those girls running the phones and desks.

Went to get something notarized and waited in line to find by the time I was waited on the notary service was no longer available. This was only a few minutes after. Also, this was from an associate that her name tag says “notary”. If you are going to offer a service with actual time frames you should advertise that. Also, what kind of customer service is it when you literally have been waiting in line for service and the time of that service expires during your wait? The associate was rude. This is not a good place. To have a service you advertise, and is hard to find nowadays, but you literally won’t take someone a few minutes past your unadvertised time of service because they were waiting in line is not acceptable. I would never get away with that at my job.

Well I USED to have them as 5 stars however the male manager (since he wouldn’t provide his name) with tattoos wouldn’t even get the door for me when I had 2 huge boxes-one was about 200lbs! He said “I just had surgery”…so you couldn’t get the door for me?! Another kind customer ended up helping me in with the large, heavy box. Inexcusable!

This location is a mess. There was a line of people out the door and the girl on duty just stood there jamming to the music. I mean, I get it. Under Pressure by Queen is a BANGER. But babe, some self awareness.
