Tess, Shelby and Ariel are the best. I frequently visit this branch as these e players were at the Gentile Smith's branch before they closed it. Service is exceptional.

Very friendly and helpful with understanding staff. I joined last year and have been a Happy Member since. Shot out to Ariel, who answered my call on the banks after hours 1800 number and was so kind with me and my concerns about my situation. That right that was enough to win me over but there are several other things I like about this bank. Glad to be a member.
**edit** As somethings in my life, particularly in relation to my finances and health, continue to be a struggle, and as I struggle to retain my composure at times while I work through this. This bank and its staff still do.
Thanks to the employees. For understanding that life can be hard.

Slowest bank drive through with friendly customer service. It took 22 minutes to make a loan payment through the drive through. We were the only car in line. 7/10/22 @ 2pm.Also, super sad that your normal hours now do NOT include Saturday’s. Corporate policies are NOT supporting the Consumer ? anymore.

My mother recently passed away and I am the trustee of her estate. I was worried it was going to be a huge ordeal to get access to my mother's and the estate's accounts, but the branch manager, Jack, helped facilitate the transfer and I couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly and pain free it went. Jack was friendly and efficient, and took care of everything.
