Their executives practice nepotism. They hire illegal immigrants and cover people on their drug tests. The company does not pay their medical bills for employees. They are behind on OCSA regulations

Great place to work and gain experience. Everyone is friendly! Shawna, the director of human resources, helps the team stay engaged and focused, and she always shows appreciation to our team members for a job well done.

They push their workers to the extreme to the point that after every shift you want to cry cause of the pain I've worked here for a little over two months now and my back, feet and neck hurt every day they need to give us more brakes or rotate us every hour so we're joy standing in the same place in the same position for hours out of the day or let us have water at least I've gotten so dehydrated in the past week I needed to go get a banana bag from the rest just to be able to feel normal again they also sit there on their a** watching you all day and if they feel you arnt doing something right they'll tap on the glass and point at you to fix it they never come in and tell you or they never show you How to do the job correctly they just assume you'll know Spanish so you can talk to the Mexican works who know what their doing

they are horrible to their employees, they practice nepotism, and last I knew, they were still heavily using expired material in their products.
