I came into town for a dance competition and my friends and I needed a good workout. Vasa Layton was so great, loved the class and the customer service was 5 stars. thank you!

I joined vasa in layton a few months ago and worked out there for that long, Then I got an email stating that my account was suspended and I shouldn't have been coming. If there was a problem Thru should have caught it when I signed up! They made me out to be a problem when I did nothing wrong. I would not recommend vasa to anyone, As I had the same problem with the Kaysville vasa. The manager at the kaysville branch is a dishonest Jerk that created a story that was a fabricated lie. Vasa in bountiful has a very big problem with homosexual activity in the steam, showers and sauna. Stay away from vasa if you support American Values!

I say this out of respect and in hopes that Vasa make the necessary adjustments. The selection at this gym is excellent. Cleanliness is not good! The water fountains, for one, are covered in green and brown fungus and are so disgusting that I don’t use them. The locker rooms are a mess. This gym had way higher standards 3 years ago. Employees, in general, seem unmotivated which is good indicator of a management problem. Quality of both product and service has dropped significantly. It appears that Vasa has become complacent and less concerned about their customer. Out of curtesy, I have brought these matters to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately nothing has changed. Again, I’m leaving a review in hopes that things improve. I wish the best for this company. My business and recommendation will ultimately go to the gym that provides that provides the best service.

Love, Love, love the Studio Red class. If you’re looking for a good mixture of cardio and resistance training, this is the class for you. Love all the coaches! I highly recommend trying out a studio red class if you’re new to the gym and not sure where to start.

Vanessa at the front desk is phenomenal at her job. She's super friendly and always has a smile on her face. I see her staying busy making sure the gym is clean and all the weights are out away. Good job Vanessa. Continue to be awesome everyday!!

I normally will not leave a survey for businesses, but at this point it’s getting ridiculous paying a monthly membership for all the amenities the gym has to offer but you can’t use the amenities you are paying for. The message chairs are always broken, the sauna smells so bad because it’s not being cleaned, tanning machines not working and or the bulbs are out, the showers are dirty, and now if I wake up sick or something unexpected happens I will be charged an additional $3 for missing a studio red class (thought I am already paying for the class). It’s not to difficult to understand why this is the slowest VASA in the area.

Opens at 4am got in 4:30am Sauna heater is not working, I was here last night and it's working. I had one of the employee check the breaker and said it's on. Waited a little 15minutes and still not heating up, so I ask to reset the breaker but there was no one showed up to reset the breaker. Customer service is a top notch ?!!!!!!There's two of them just chitchatting while the person I ask is on the phone name lianne.....nice one VASA!!

One of the best gyms ive been to. The equipment is great and the environment is great. My only complaint is it appears that on Sundays the employees fail to show up on time to open the doors. This has occurred more than once specifically on Sundays where employees are almost 30+ minutes late.

I hate leaving a review like this but I'm tired of paying for a gym membership and paying gym fees for a gym that doesn't open when they're supposed to. This is the 4th Sunday we've been sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone to open the gym and its well passed opening time. With a solid gym punctuality is a must. We have jobs and families and time is of the essence. If you plan on working out on a weekend and are on a tight schedule probably choose another gym. This is constant with this place.

thought i’d re-share a review on the place I thought was amazing up until recently. I have been trying to cancel my plan for a month. Why is there a fee to cancel my plan? I tried to cancel but they said I could not due to overdue payments. Let’s go look at those payments.- 10.00 monthly payment. Ok I can see this is needed.- 55.00 Rate Guarantee Fee. Why do I need this fee if I am trying to leave the gym? I spent hours on the phone with representatives and managers and people to try and get this removed, that just kept directing me to others that either didn’t pick up or were no help either. Why don’t you make this payment optional. Like if you want it so bad you’ll pay for it. People like me DO NOT WANT IT.-25.00 late fee. For what. A day late. Because I’ve been trying to cancel my account. Last month I had 60 dollars in fees. Why was it so expensive for 2 months, and I have the BASIC plan?News Flash, I won’t be returning.

Vasa has a very confusing billing system and it is very difficult to get customer service. Their managers don't seem to care or be able to do anything -- in my case a guy named Hugo. There are plenty of other gyms and EOS seems to have much better reviews

Avoid at all costs. Haven't used their facilities in over two years after canceling, but was still being charged. After canceling the card attached to the account, they claim I owe them over $200 for a cancellation and are sending it to collections. Avoid at all costs. Go for a walk instead.

My teenage son has been on a basic plan for approximately 2 years. Last month he went into the Layton Vasa where they talked him into an upgrade telling him it was free to try for 30 days. They even took his phone and did it for him. When he got home, he immediately tried to downgrade or cancel. What the workers at Layton didn't tell him was there is a $25 fee to go back down to the basic plan. He tried to cancel online which wanted to charge him a whole month of the upgraded fee because you have to give 30 days notice. He tried calling customer service, but the wait times were ridiculously long. He sent an email in Aug to get it cancelled, but never received a response back. He was then charged a full upgraded fee on Sept 7. After multiple calls and waiting to customer service, he finally got his membership cancelled, but they would not refund him anything. I finally got involved and called and talked to Natalie at the Layton Vasa, who told me she would have Hugo the general manager call me back. He never did. A few days later, I called and talked to Daisy at Layton who told me she didn't even know Hugo's last name. She then tried to tell me since my son upgraded online, he should have read all the policies and seen there would be fees if he tried to downgrade. The big problem is it was the employee who did it on my son's phone. They'll only tell you the free part but not what's in the fine print. As you're on hold, you hear over and over about the no pressure sales. Ha! Terrible customer service! Stay away!!! Trying to cancel has been a nightmare!

Great customer service. I feel like it lives up to the name ad my home gym. People clean up after themselves and the machines after use. Basically I love the culture of this place. I've been been other vasas. This one is the one! Now I only the basic pass. But if I had to guess the others vip passes would be even better !Thanks all that helped shape this gym to the best.

Great location. Everything is always clean and in working order. The environment is respectful. The staff is friendly. Locker room is a bit small though and the Sauna/Steam isn’t in the locker room.
