If I could give a 0 star I would. We are trying to get my husband switched over to a family line and we have talked to the customer service people 2 different times now for over an hour, and 2 months later they STILL have not been able to switch him to the other line. And then they had the nerve to start charging us $20 more a month. The people in this store cannot even help you switch you to a new plan.

I had one of the most frustrating and disorganized customer service experiences I've ever had at this Verizon location on Antelope Drive in Layton. After trying to switch my mobile service through Xfinity, I learned my phone was locked by Verizon. I was told to visit this store for help. I ended up making THREE separate trips in one day, waiting around 30 minutes each time, and getting inconsistent and conflicting information every time I walked in. The first rep was rude and dismissive, simply saying “just pay it off.” When I couldn’t log in to my Verizon account, I went back in, where another employee (likely the store manager, though he never gave his name) gave me a disconnected number for support. When I finally got the correct one, the department was closed. Long story short, I was eventually told by customer service (while using the manager’s personal phone) that my account had been flagged for fraud due to a $900 charge from someone else gaining access to my account without my approval. I never received any notification of this fraud, and no one could explain how it happened—despite me being the only person on the account and the only one with the password. In-store staff didn’t give names, offered no accountability, and largely didn’t seem to care. I left the store still locked out of my device, without phone service, and completely emotionally drained. This whole ordeal took over four hours, and I had to resort to reactivating an old cracked phone with Xfinity just to stay connected. Truly awful experience. If you value your time or sanity, avoid this store.

I went in about a month ago to upgrade my phone. Miles G answered all my questions. The process was smooth. He brought out different phones for me to pick out the colors I liked. He then told me the specs of the ones I picked out to help me narrow it down. He was very comfortable doing his job and knew his stuff. He also was easy to talk to while waiting for my phone to transfer over. I would recommend working with Miles G anytime.

Visit went perfectly. No stress. Staff was helpful and clear answering questions beyond the scheduled pickup we were there for.

Got a new phone as the store was closing last night and despite the staff member knowing that I was going to set it up at home, I walked out the door with my current phone inactivated. I walked back in and asked to keep it active until I activated the new phone (wanted to get a case first) - the guy did something quickly with my phone and said I was good to go. Once home I realized that my phone wasn’t active and it took me over 2 hours working with chat customer service to get it activated again.
Had a better experience with someone else the following day returning my phone.

Came in here to get a new phone and the guy who helped us was lacking customer service skills he said if we needed any help setting up the new phone and transferring things it would be an additional $30 charge thank goodness my fiance was with me and was able to do it for me. I seriously thought the guy helping us was joking because I’ve never heard of such a thing what is this world coming to? Everything is about money anymore.
I don’t think we will come to this location again.

Another Verizon store told my wife they couldn't accept her trade in. This store had us in and out in under 20 minutes. Great customer service, professionalism, and courtesy.

Horrible. Wouldn’t even sit down with me to talk about my plan “in case we need to sell something”. I hate Verizon and wish I had never signed up for their plan. They just want more and more of your money and could care less about their long term customers. DONT DO IT!!!!

Matt and Damon were so sweet and amazing. They got slammed with people and we're still so kind with me and others and got everyone out on a timely matter. They always made sure to check on me and make sure I was satisfied the whole time. And I feel bad for coming in kinda late but they made me feel so welcome. Thank you again for the great experience will see you guys again for sure

Going to have to take this company to small claims court to try to get them to fix their error. Trade in confirmed, but no credit. Tried calling customer service and showing up in person, no help.

David assisted me and he was very nice. Wasn't pushy and pushing me to buy a bunch of other things. He actually helped my find my new phone and worked for what's best for me.
