David assisted me and he was very nice. Wasn't pushy and pushing me to buy a bunch of other things. He actually helped my find my new phone and worked for what's best for me.

Esme/Esmerelda is THE WORST customer service person we’ve ever had at a phone store (we got new phones, watches, and AirPods). She had no idea what she was doing and wasted so much of our time, not to mention gave us the wrong products. She never once asked how much storage I wanted on my phone so she got all the way through and turns out it was just the base 256 gig but the whole reason I needed a new phone was for more storage. “Luckily” I could return it because my mother in law was getting the 256 phone so she took that one…even though the error was entirely Esme’s. She never asked what size watch band we wanted so mine barely fits and my mother in law’s doesn’t fit at all. She tried to return it and they said it would be a $50 charge. Excuse me, what?? Then Esme told us the AirPods were buy one get one and they were $200 normally so the second pair would be $100. Wrong. She then went in the back and came back telling us there was a computer glitch and they weren’t able to order them from the warehouse (a lie to cover her obvious error, because when we called another store they were able to place an order just fine). We were charged $400 for both. If you come here, stay far away from this clueless employee or maybe Verizon in general. Very shady.

I have a tracking number since last December from a chat with Verizon regarding cell phone trade ins that confirmed it was received yet not attributed to my account. It's been over 1 year, multiple customer service tickets all assuring it'd be corrected, then no change. An $800 device trade in yet no credit. A joke to say the least.

We went in to the Layton store to pickup a phone we ordered and with several ridiculous questions about switching phones around in our family. We had 2 amazing staff members help us. They were helping us at the end of the work day. They were extremely patient and fun to talk with. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything they needed. Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had

Really nice store! What do they feed the staff there? Whatever it is I want some too...they always seem to be happy and helpful (but not contrived or pushy).Honestly, in some ways it might portend the future of brick-and-mortar retail stores: clean, well-designed and arranged, not particularly large but efficient in the layout and it's really nice to have Hands-On when shopping for a phone or a tablet and totally beats the little Islands / kiosks found in supermarkets or big box stores.

Apperently the doormans only job is to sign you in, tell you "your next in line, shouldn't take long" then let you sit for 40 minutes while he texts, saying nothing while 2/3 sales reps leave. Then when you get up to leave the store he finally tries to intervine and say "you can make an appointment". I was ready to drop $1000+ on a new phone, now ill just buy it strait from the manufacturer, its a better deal and much less waste of your time.

Weeks of working with different reps both in this store and over the phone and I am still in limbo. (Approximately 17 hours and counting spent in store or on the phone.) MULTIPLE accounts were opened incorrectly and charges have STILL not been credited even though everyone acknowledges they are not legitimate charges. Was sent 4 phones when I only ordered 2. Returned phones (had to pay a bogus restock fee) and now they are “lost in the system”. Even with tracking number and delivery confirmation. I wish I could send them a bill for the HOURS I’ve wasted attempting to correct their mistakes. Now, I am receiving letters that the balance will be sent to collection. I have great credit and am in process of purchasing a home so this is incredibly frustrating. I’m forced with the option to pay over $1,000 for a phone a don’t have to avoid a collection hitting my credit. However, I am certain if I pay it, I will never see that money again. A nightmare from start to finish.
