I highly recommend Visionworks they have great customer service and they listened to what I needed and wasn't focused on upselling extra items and no pressure.

Great customer service and problem solving. I broke my frames, so I came in and (Elza?) put my lenses into a new frame. She was a life saver. So I decided to get an exam and new glasses from here the next day, I use to go to a different company.

When I first started with these guys, they seem to be polite and helpful. That was until I started having issues with contacts like ripping issues and defects. They helped out with trials on multiple occasions but basically tried to make me feel like it was my fault and that I didn't know how to work contacts or that I was doing something wrong. They also acted like I was trying to get away with free contacts! The manager there whose name is Mackenzie is a complete jerk. She's always been rude and she's always had an attitude no matter what interaction or reason I've had to interact with her! Just recently I contacted Cooper because I had a couple of contacts defective in my 6-month order, and she had the nerve to sit until coopervision that I wasn't wearing my contacts correctly and that I was wearing them for 2 months straight so they denied the replacement of my defective contacts. She has no idea what I do in my personal life or how I where my contacts! She could have just said no if she didn't want to replace them, but no she went on to tell stories! It doesn't matter how many times or what's wrong with the contacts, if you have a defective contact, they need to replace it because you paid for it! I've talked to another vision center that I am going to start going to that agrees with me fully on that statement. Okay the hell is that anyway Do not go here! The treatment there is ridiculous and they're all rude!

I got new insurance there were 3 ladies at the desk. One on the phone and the 2 others were next to her. As I walked in they all greeted me. I asked if they accepted my insurance the lady on the phone told yes we do. Then I asked is the had the different Transition lenses that change Colors. The lady on the phone said. No, we don't we don't do those. As I was about to ask my next question, a lady walked in behind me and all 3 of them asked if we were together and I said no. As soon as I said no, they all turn their attention to the lady behind me and started talking to her and just left me there standing looking at them. I was looking at them dumbfounded that all 3 of those ladies turned their attention to another person behind me as I was asking questions trying to get more information about what whether I wanted to be a customer or not. So I walked away and looked at the glasses and then one of the girls comes up to me and asks if I had any more questions and at that point I wasn't going to ask her any more questions you lost my business as soon as you all 3 did that. That was so rude, and your staff needs to be trained customer service.

The receptionist acted friendly, but kept trying to rope me into contact perscriptions when I never wanted contact perscriptions. She specifically didn't say "contact perscriptions," when I first talked to her and made me think that getting the perscriptions in general would cost me money even with insurance. The eye doctor was especially rude, and practically yelled at me to explain the difference between contact perscriptions and eye glass perscriptions. Something I already know. They also didn't give me the PD. Don't go here, rude place.

Don’t go here . Unfortunately it was the only close place our insurance covered at the time .
#1. Got my prescription wrong -which may happen. However, trying to correct it. The doctor was so arrogant and condescending and rude. Acting like it’s my fault. He can’t get my prescription right.
2. Said my 7 year old daughter did not need glasses when she had been squinting a lot at home and school. Second Dr absolutely recommended them and she’s so thankful to be able to see now! I understand not prescribing things unnecessarily just to sell glasses, which some people might complain about however, when she’s visibly struggling, there’s no reason to hold off.
Aside from that, the doctor lied to my husband and I said That they didn’t carry my contact brand (biofinity toric) because he was pushing some off-brand Kirkland version and swore up and down they were the exact same thing. I’m trying to be open minded, I tried them (plus I thought I had no choice). After bringing them home and trying it, turned out they are not the exact same thing. When I had my prescription fixed, I insisted on my regular brand, because guess what - they did carry it!! Once again, he was super condescending, pompous and patronizing about that too!
Great sales team can’t make up for a bad quarter back.

McKenzie was SO patient and amazing!! We literally walked in right before close on December 30th to use our benefits. She helped us find glasses and decide which ones looked best. We were hesitant about having to quickly decide but she reassured us that we could return them if needed. We felt bad keeping her late but she was very professional and kind, despite the inconvenience. Thank you for excellent customer service!!
