The current manager is absolutely fantastic, as is the young lady that helped me the first night I came in to get my new lenses and frames. Unfortunately the 1 action of 1 employee brought a 5 star review down to 1. I just spent $700 on brand new frames and brand new lenses. The current manager informed me that should I need any adjustment at all, to simply come back and they will adjust them for me. I only needed the frames adjusted maybe 1 mm on the right. I was absolutely shocked when the older lady who I asked for help in this matter ask ed me for my $360 glasses, and just bent them. No tools, no machine, no gloves even to keep her prints of of the lens. Just bent them. I had to walk away to keep from screaming. I'll come back when the manager is here. But as it stands, they cannot ever have my buisness again. Don't damage and disrespect your customers expensive goods.

10/10 customer service! Everyone was super friendly and was happy to help me out. Especially Jana! The sweetest person ever as they helped me pick out the perfect frame and discussed everything thoroughly with me. I did not feel pressured to add any additional costs and was properly explained what I was getting. Highly recommend getting your eye exam here along with frames. Great cheap options and a really cool sunglasses summer deal going on right now!

Jana the manager. She was kind, helpful and friendly & amazing manager. She answered all my questions and explained well?.She also make sure my eye glasses fit perfectly.Defenitly i will come back and convince my husband to go there. Her staff are also nice. I gave her a 5 stars.

Top notch customer care. Jana, the manager of the center, made sure my glasses fit perfectly. She continually emphasized that she was not happy until my glasses were comfortable.

Everybody is super helpful and aware. The manager recognized me by the sound of my voice on the phone a month and a half later! She even remembered what glasses I bought.

One of the more affordable places I have found to buy glasses, and excellent warranty for kids! Jess helped fit my daughter for glasses and Katelynn helped quote prices for mine and my husband's glasses. Will definitely go back and order with them!

Danae is the best representative I have ever encountered, possibly anywhere.. When I needed help with my prescription she didn't give up on making sure I had what I needed and finding solutions. I will forever be grateful to her, what a wonderful representative. This center is so lucky to have her.
